A Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Mixed Hemorrhoids With Elastic Thread Ligation With Preserving Dentition Combined With External Hemorrhoidectomy

Purpose:Analyze dentate line preserving auto elastic thread ligator for hemorrhoids combined with external hemorrhoids resection and Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy,and research the overall effect,time consumption,postoperative pain,postoperative complications,healing time,effect on anal physiological function of the two operations.Research the advantages of dentate line preserving suspend ligation in clinical therapeutic effect,postoperative complications and protection of anal function.Evaluate the clinical application of dentate line preserving suspend ligation.Measures:According to the inclusion criteria,60 patients were selected and were randomly divided into treatment group dentate line preserving auto elastic thread ligator for hemorrhoids combined with external hemorrhoids resection and control group Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy,with 30 cases in each group,and clinically observe the overall effect,operation time consumption,wound surface healing time,postoperative pain score,wound exudation condition,detachment duration of suspend ligation and internal ligation after operation.Observe edema,hemorrhage and necrosis after operation;observe the possibility of fecal incontinence,stricture of anus or other sequelae and evaluate the patients'satisfaction.All the collected data is processed by SPSS19.0.According to clinical features,measurement data input will follow the type of Mean±standard deviation(x±S),the comparison of measurement data is checked by x2,paired or independent sample t test was used for comparing data,rank sum test was used for ranked data.Result:1.The cure rate of the two groups is 100%,the overall effect of the two operations shows no significant difference and proves to be both effective for mixed hemorroids.2.The operation time 47.50±9.07 min of the treatment group dentate line preserving elastic thread ligation external hemorrhoidectomy shows significant advantage(P<0.05)over the control group external excision and internal ligation,operation time 47.50±9.07 min.3.The completely healing time of the wound also shows more advantage of the treatment group 23.90±6.53 days over the control group 26.93±5.63 days.4.The treatment group shows a better performance(P<0.05)compared with the control group in terms of postoperative pain and wound exudation condition.Conclusions:By comparing the overall effect,postoperative complications,wound healing time of dentate line preserving auto elastic thread ligator for hemorrhoids combined with external hemorrhoids resection and internal ligation Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy,the two operations are both effective to cure mixed hemorroid,but the former effectively shortens the operation time and healing time,alleviates postoperative pain,protects anal function and improves the operation quality.It is clinically proved to be an effective procedure of treating mixed hemorroid.
