Conservative Of Curative Effect Of Xiangmu Huoxue Zhi On Herpes Zoster(Stagnation Of Qi And Blood Stasis Type)

Objective:Randomized controlled verification of the efficacy of Xiangmu Huoxue Pupae in herpes zoster pain(qi stagnation and blood stasis type)methods:A total of 65 cases were included in this subject,including 33 in the test group and 32 in the control group.The test group was given: Taohong Siwu Decoction with oral supplementation and topical fragrant wood to stimulate blood circulation;the control group received Taohong Siwu Decoction orally with topical Yunnan Baiyao.Follow-up visits once a week,two weeks as a course of treatment,two consecutive courses of treatment,before and after treatment,1 week after treatment,2 weeks after treatment,4 weeks after treatment,and observation of symptoms improvement after the end of the whole treatment,calculate points.Significant and cured patients were followed up after the course of treatment,followed up for 2 consecutive months,and the patient's recurrence was observed.results :1.Before treatment,the gender and age of the test group and the control group were analyzed statistically with respect to pain-related scores at the time of consultation.2.The overall curative effect of the two groups was calculated.The total effective rate of the test group was 100%,the cure rate was 42.42%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 100%.The cure rate was 25%.After statistical analysis,the result was P> 0.05,indicating that the two groups were in There was no significant difference in overall efficacy.3.After one week or two weeks of treatment in the experimental group and the control group,the pain score,pain interval time,and pain duration score were statistically analyzed P> 0.05,which was not statistically significant.4.After 4 weeks of treatment in both groups,the patients' pain score,pain interval time and pain duration score were statistically analyzed P <0.05,which was statistically significant.5.The test group was followed up continuously for 2 months,with a cumulative recurrence of 1 case and a recurrence rate of 4.34 in the control group.The recurrence rate was 10%,and the chi-square test showed a P> 0.05,with no statistical difference.6.A total of 5 cases of adverse reactions occurred in the test group,causing 3 of them to fall off,and no significant adverse reactions occurred in the control group.Conclusions:1.In terms of overall efficacy,both the experimental group and the control group have good efficacy,and the difference in efficacy is not obvious.2.Xiangmu Huoxue Pill is better than Yunnan Baiyao Pill in treating qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome after 4 weeks.3.The safety of Yunnan Baiyao is higher than that of Xiangmu Huoxue.
