Clinical Study On Treatment Of Acute Herpes Zoster (Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome) By Acupuncture And Medicine

Purpose: By comparing the differences in the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with simple medicine of acute herpes zoster(Qi stagnation and blood stasis),analyzes acu Puncture combined treatment of acute herpes zoster(Qi stagnation and blood stasis) the characteristics of efficacy,with seeking to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Material and method:60 patients with acute herpes zoster(Qi stagnation and blood stasis) were divided into two groups of 30 patients each.the control group with purely internal medicine decoction(Xuefuzhuyu decoction) for the treatment,the treatment group on the basis of internal medicine on the use of acupuncture,a course of 10 days. Recording changes of each index before and after treatment(including herpes outcome measures pain intensity score,the compositescore,etc.) and follow-up the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia.Results: 1. the two groups of patients before and after treatment: Herpes evaluation,pain evaluation, the composite score were significantly improved,the data results significantly different(P <0.05), prompt treatment groups were effective. 2. the two groups of patients before and after treatment: Herpes evaluation, and comprehensive evaluation of Pain scores were significantly different on,and the results show that the better the treatment group,the data results significantly different(P <0.05),prompt treatment group for the improvement of skin herpes loss,pain and efficacy aspects of the composite score better than the control group. 3.30 days of follow-up: the incidence of PHN treatment group lower than the control group, the data results significantly different(P <0.05), prompt treatment and control groups can be more effectively reduced compared PHN occurs.Conclusion: 1. Acupuncture combined treatment of acute herpes zoster(Qi stagnation and blood stasis) inimproving herpes,pain and composite score were superior aspect of traditional Chinese medicine therapy alone. 2. Acupuncture combined treatment of acute herpes zoster(Qi stagnation and blood stasis) to reduce the incidence of PHN compared the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine therapy alone better.
