| Objective: To study the clinical effect of primary dysmenorrhea on qi deficiency and blood stasis,and hope to provide more ideas for the clinical treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Methods: Select 62 patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis seen in the gynecology clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to October of 2021.They were divided into treatment and control groups according to the randomized number table method,with 31 patients in each group.The treatment group received self-prepared.Results: The symptoms,TCM symptoms,VAS,CMSS scores,PI and RI between both groups(P> 0.05).After treatment,it was found that both treatment methods could reduce dysmenorrhea symptoms scores,TCM symptoms scores,VAS scores,and CMSS scores significantly(P <0.05),and decrease significantly in the treatment group(P <0.05).The total response rate of the treated and control groups was 93.3%,73.3% and those for dysmenorrhea,96.7% and 83.3%,and 93.3% and 73.3%,respectively,for dysmenorrhea,TCM and VAS pain(P<0.05).It shows that both treatment methods can reduce pain,relieve menstrual discomfort,invigorate qi and invigorate blood circulation and determine pain prescription effect is better than menstrual pain relief tablets.Both treatment modalities could significantly decrease the PI and RI(P <0.05)and even more significantly in the treatment group(P <0.05).It shows that both treatment methods can improve pelvic blood circulation,and the effect of invigorating qi and promoting blood circulation and relieving pain is better than that of menstrual pain relief tablets. |
