| Objective: To analyze the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine zoster(snake string sore) PHN factors related hospitalized patients, and the use of combined therapy of traditional Chinese medicine Qi stagnation type of herpes zoster, in order to further optimize the study of blood and qi stagnation comprehensive treatment program stasis shingles reference.Methods: Collecting the January 2014--2016 in January TRADITIONAL dermatology inpatient wards of postherpetic neuralgia(TCM snake string sore blood stasis type) in patients with a total of 59 cases, the use of traditional Chinese medicine combined the method of treatment, the analysis of gender, age, medical history and postherpetic neuralgia, no record of the degree of pain the patient points, duration of pain points, pain, intermittent time points were observed before and after treatment in patients with white blood cell count, T lymphocyte subsets Level. I summarize and analyze the use of integrated traditional Chinese medicine therapy hospital(including internal medicine, Chinese medicine injections, acupuncture, ear pressure seed and physiotherapy TDP) in the treatment of herpes zoster blood stasis type of effect.RESULTS: 1. In this study, 59 patients in 22 males(37.29%) and 37 females(62.71%), male to female ratio was 1: 1.68. 2. In this study, 59 patients in the age distribution from 34-80 years, mean age 63.12 ± 9.98 years, Qi stagnation type of herpes zoster in patients over 60 years of age the majority(38 cases, accounting for 64.41%). 3. In this study, 59 patients in the course of from 35-155 days with an average duration of 65.25 ± 24.04 days. In the course of one month to two months, the majority(35 cases, accounting for 59.32%). 4. In terms of past medical history, a higher proportion of the disease have a history of diabetes(39 cases, 66.1%), history of hypertension(21 cases, 35.59%) and a history of cancer(14 cases, 23.73%), of which 14 cases patients are also suffering from diabetes andhypertension, 9 patients also suffering from diabetes and tumors. 5. In this study, 59 cases of blood stasis type of herpes zoster in patients with the disease site thoracic and lumbosacral majority(thoracic 18 cases, accounting for 30.51%; 17 cases of lumbosacral segment, accounting for 28.81%). 6. In this study, the degree of pain in 59 patients before treatment score was 5.86 ± 1.48, after treatment score of 1.73 ± 1.64; duration of pain before treatment score was 2.78 ± 0.53, after treatment score of 0.56 ± 0.6; pain before treatment interval integration was 2.64 ± 0.61, after treatment score of 0.56 ± 0.70, comparing the three groups before and after treatment difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). 7. The use of Chinese medicine combined therapy blood stasis type of herpes zoster cure 11 cases(18.33%), 32 cases(54.23%), effective in 14 cases(23.33%).Conclusion: 1. In this study, 59 cases of blood stasis type postherpetic neuralgia patients, more than 60 years the majority of patients to examine patient course of 1 month and less than two months the majority. 2. The study, suffering from diabetes, hypertension, cancer patients disease herpes zoster higher probability zoster. 3. The comprehensive treatment of Chinese medicine orally, intravenous injection of traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture, ear pressure seed, physical therapy and other treatment, compared with patients on admission average pain score decreased pain relief, there is always more efficient, satisfactory. 4. TCM Comprehensive Therapy Qi stagnation type postherpetic neuralgia has good security. |
