Objective : To explore the clinical effect of TCM behavior intervention combined with health management on patients with type 2 diabetes,To observe the effects of TCM diet,TCM health campaign and TCM sentiment on laboratory indexes, improvement of symptoms and quality of life in patients with type 2diabetes,the Chinese medicine syndrome score table and SF-36 scale were used to explore the efficacy evaluation methods of TCM behavioral intervention for type 2diabetes.Methods: A total of 128 patients were included in this study, and they were randomly divided into a test group and a control group, each with 64 patients. The control group was given routine lifestyle intervention guidance on the basis of conventional drug treatment, and carried out routine self-management of diabetes health. The experimental group gave TCM diet,TCM health campaign,TCM emotional counseling on the basis of conventional drug treatment, and regularly promoted diabetes education through the We Chat platform, answered questions and answers online, and regularly arranged telephone and outpatient follow-up visits. The treatment cycle was 12 weeks. The clinical symptoms, glycated hemoglobin, fasting blood glucose, blood lipids,TCM syndrome scores, and quality of life scale scores were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Results:(1)WHR:P = 0.14 > 0.05 before and after treatment in the control group,P = 0.017 <P = 0.05 before and after treatment in the treatment group, and P = 0.71> 0.05 between the groups,so there was no significant difference in the reduction of waist-hip ratio between the treatment group and the control group.(2)FPG : After treatment, the levels of FPG in the two groups of subjects have decreased, and there is a significant difference compared with before treatment(P<0.05).There is a significant difference between the two groups when compared with P <0.05,which indicates that the level of fasting blood glucose in the treatment group is significantly reduced.Better than the control group.(3)Hb A1c:After treatment, the Hb A1 c level of the two groups of patients decreased compared with the previous level, and there was a significant difference compared with that before treatment(P <0.05).There was a significant difference between the two groups when compared with P <0.05,which indicated that the level of glycated hemoglobin in the treatment group was reduced Obviously better than the control group.(4)TCM Syndrome Points:The comparison of TCM syndrome scores between the two groups was P <0.05,which indicated that there was a significant difference in the efficacy of TCM syndromes between the two groups, and the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control subjects.(5)Quality of life score:In terms of total quality of life scores, the total quality of life scores of the control group and the treatment group were significantly different from those before the intervention(P <0.01),and the comparison between the two groups was P <0.01,which was significantly different.Physical health, physical role function, and emotional role function were improved in three dimensions. In terms of TCM intervention group and control group, there was no significant difference. The TCM intervention group was significantly better than the control group in terms of physical pain, overall health, energy, social function, and mental health. Conclusion:TCM behavioral intervention combined with health management can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with type 2 diabetes, and can also significantly improve the quality of life of patients. In the evaluation of TCM efficacy of type 2 diabetes,TCM syndrome scores and quality of life scores are more comprehensive and effective than the simple experimental value indicators to reflect clinical efficacy, and also highlight the advantages of TCM in preventing and treating diabetes.
