Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Jin Deficient Bowel Dry Constipation With Tongbiandfang Based On The Theory Of "Large Intestine Main Fluid"

Objective: Using the literature data mining technique,this paper discusses the distribution characteristics and medication rules of syndrome types of children constipation in recent years,and provides objective basis for clinical research.Based on the theory of "large intestine main body" combined with the results of previous literature,the new formula for children laxative prescription was designed,and the clinical study was conducted to verify its efficacy and safety in the treatment of children with intestinal deficit dry constipation.Methods: Collected and screened the research literature on children's constipation in the past ten years.Using Excel,IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0 software and IBM SPSS Modeler 14.1 software,we analyzed the common syndrome differentiation and classification of children's constipation and explored the general medication rules for the treatment of children's constipation.A total of 100 children with intestinal drasticin-deficient constipation who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the observation group(50 cases)and the control group(50 cases).In the observation group,children's laxative prescription was used,and in the control group,fusone was used.Its safety was observed in the course of treatment and follow-up.Results: There was no significant gender difference in children with constipation,age distribution: children with constipation were mostly 1-6 years old.The clinical syndromes were mostly Milk retention type,Qi deficiency does not move type,and Hot and dry internal junction,and Deficiency of intestinal dryness and body fluid,Qi activity stasis type.A total of 163 traditional Chinese medicines are involved in the first prescription of 175,the total frequency was 1894,the average dose per dose was 11.62.The top ten drugs,in descending order of frequency,are Hemp kernels,Zhishi,licorice,Atractylodes,Rhubarb,liriope,Semen Raphani,Scrophularia,Houpu.In high frequency drugs,the frequency of tonic drugs is the highest,Next it is regulating gas medicine,catharsis medicine,clearing heat medicine,antiseptic medicine.In terms of drug properties,thermophilic drugs account for the largest proportion of all drugs used,followed by ther mophilic drugs.the use frequency of the medicine flavor was the highest,followed by bitter and bitter,splenic and gastric meridians are the main meridians,followed by pulmonary meridians and large intestine meridians.Apply apriori algorithm to find out the most common drug pairs,they are Radix linderae?Radix Aucklandiae,Scrophularia?liriope,Radix linderae?Betel nut,Scrophularia?Atractylodes,liriope?Scrophularia,liriope?Atractylodes.The most strongly associated combination of drugs are liriope-Scrophularia-Atractylodes,Scrophularia-Hovenia dulcis-Atractylodes and liriope-almonds-Hemp kernels.Conclusions:The clinical syndromes of children's constipation are mainly characterized by galactoesophageal stagnation,qi deficiency and non-movement,hot and dry internal junction,jin deficient bowel dryness and qi stagnation.Modern doctors in the treatment of children's constipation pay attention to strengthening the spleen and filling the deficiency,regulating qi and spleen,runchang tongxia,clearing heat and stagnation,digestion and digestion.Runchang,tiaochang three-jiao qi machine is commonly used to treat children constipation.It is safe and reliable,and can be used as an effective prescription for the treatment of children's constipation.
