The theory of "Symptom corresponding medicine" has a long history, it should be originated the originally simplicial experience of using the Chinese herbal medcine in ancient times. The doctrine of Chinese herbal medicine and the prescription attending and compatibility of addition and subtraction in later generations are most ly based on the theory of "Symptom corresponding medicine" From the currently available test literature, ancient medical books did not have the records of using the term of "Yao zheng". However, the clinical of Chinese medicine are basically inseparable from "Yao zheng". Mastering "Symptom corresponding medicine" is not only very helpful in clinical drug addition and subtraction, but also can achieve quick effect with great clinical value. In order to clarify the concept of "Yao zheng" and be defined in this study, the author firstly differentiate and analyse the meaning of syndrome, symptom and sign as well as their concept in Chinese medicine. Syndrome is the generalization of the etiology, the pathology and the lesion in a certain stage in the development of the disease process, and it is a reflection of the nature of the current stage of disease; symptoms refers to single symptom and sign of lesions; and sign is the main used as "indications","syndrome" and so on. In this study "Symptom corresponding medicine" will be defined as the relationship between selecting Chinese herbal medcine in clinic and the symptoms, signs and the assay indexes. In recent years, the modernization of Chinese medicine continues to advance. And at the same time, Chinese medicine is integrated with ecological environmental science, quantum physics, electronics and information technology, philosophy, ethics, sociology and other new disciplines, which makes mult i-angle, multi-level in-depth study of Chinese medicine has become an important trend. After nearly a decade of development, the data mining technology and methods have matured, and has successfully been widely used in a variety of research fields. Data mining is introduced this study is based on two considerations:First, only the specific tools and methods can be found from the large amount of factual data, the complexity of the corresponding relationship between the drugs and symptoms; Second, the data content and features of "Symptom corresponding medicine" comply with the conditions of data mining. In this study, the clinical data mining is broadly divided into the following three stages:(1). Data collection and aggregation: to gather first-hand from instructors clinical outpatient medical records, and then summarize and organize; then recorded in the foreground system by trained professionals;(2). Data specification and collation: reference standards for screening and specification data on symptoms, signs, drugs, treatment, Medical Integrator tool to import the data warehouse analysis prepared for excavation;(3). Data mining and analysis:In this study, the Liquorice software will be used, the application of data mining methods is the complexity of networks and point mutual information method, the intrinsic relationship of "Symptom corresponding medicine" will be presented as the network diagram and the form of a parameter sort the list. The most of the data mining results are consistent with the clinical selection of a drug for certain symptoms (signs), but there are also some results inconsistencies in the clinical treatment experience.
