The comprehensive configuration of medical service facilities is an important guarantee to meet the people's increasing needs for better lives.For a long time,the planning of urban residential areas in China has focused on the idea of “hierarchical matching” and “thousands of people”,with more emphasis on the implementation of the spatial organization and allocation of medical service facilities,ignoring the competitive effects of residents on high-quality medical and health resources,as well as the cross-regional medical treatment brought by residents' preferences and conformity.As a result,the operation of medical facilities remains inefficient and the status of supply and demand remains unbalanced.In recent years,the "15-minute community life circle" has become a hot topic in domestic urban community construction planning due to its people-oriented principle and emphasis on the creation of "daily living space".For the built area,to judge whether the community medical facilities are arranged in the ideal life circle,whether it matches the daily medical travel needs of the residents of the community,and to improve from the perspective of supply and demand matching,has become an important part of planning implementation of "15-minute community life circle".Based on POI data and walking navigation data,the paper first analyzes the spatial distribution and spatial agglomeration characteristics of community medical facilities in Baoshan District,and evaluates the current status of community supply of medical facilities in the community through the construction of life circle indicators.Then,from the perspective of residents 'choice behavior,based on multiple Logit(MNL)models,a discrete choice logit(GDCL)model based on gravitational reachability is introduced.At the same time,the selection mechanism in the BA scale-free network model is introduced to pass residents' medical Simulation of service selection behavior to predict community medical facility needs.Then,based on the formula of the infrastructure carrying capacity index,a reconstruction index of supply and demand for medical facilities was re-established to evaluate the supply and demand matching status of community medical facilities in Baoshan District and a corresponding optimization strategy was proposed.Finally,we sort out the conclusions of the article,and summarize the shortcomings of the research,with a view to further improving in future research.
