The Research On The Supply And Demand Of Community Home-based Care With Combination Of Medical Care And Elderly Cares

At present,China is experiencing the aging process of the world's largest,longest-lasting and fastest-growing population.As a result,its social and economic development and people's lives are deeply affected.According to the statistics of China,in terms of age composition in 2018,the population aged 60 and above is 249.48 million,accounting for 17.8% of the total population,of which the population of 65 years and above is 166.58 million,accounting for 11.9% the total population.The problem of “old before rich” is serious.The traditional family pension function is weakened by factors such as the decrease of children and the acceleration of urbanization.The needs of elderly people in the community for life care and medical care cannot be met.However,at present,the supply of old-age resources is difficult to fully compensate for this “vacancy” in terms of quantity and quality.Therefore,it is very important to study the supply and demand of “hospital care” home care services,which is not only conducive to social harmony and stability,but also It is conducive to creating a good old-age environment,meeting the increasingly rich needs of the elderly,and enabling the elderly to have a stable living.This paper attempts to study community pension issues in this context.Based on the theory of community care,hierarchy demand,and welfare pluralism,through the mean of literature research,investigation and statistical analysis,and case interviews are used to treat the elderly in Shenyang BH Community,QY Community and WA Community.The situation of the old-age needs and supply status was investigated on the spot.The collected questionnaires were used to analyze the basic information of the elderly,medical needs,and care needs.The factor analysis model was used to find the two most influential factors.The demand for health care and community hardware facilities are the most urgent.Then,the contents,models and supply subjects of the pensions in the survey area are investigated.It is found that the shortage of medical personnel is insufficient,and the shortage of community hardware facilities is the current problem,and the causes are analyzed.According to the specific situation,we will build a balanced supply and demand path and model from the community and society,to look forward to the modle of care of the community.What is innovative in this paper is that from the perspective of medical integration,using factor analysis and other technical methods to analyze the "medical and nursing" care services,and propose a model of home care services.However,due to the limited ability of the author,the selected community may not be representative of the entire city.I hope this article will help researchers.
