Research On The Supply And Demand Of Community Medical Service In Ma Jiapu Community Health Service Station

Community health service is an effective way to alleviate the difficult employment, medical treatment is difficult to promote China’s medical system reform and health development plays an important role. In recent years, the state of the primary community health service is very concerned. Ma Jiapu community was established in 2009, at first, the majority of people in the trust, the state increased investment, medical environment has been improved, medical personnel professional quality has gradually been accepted by residents, but Ma Jiapu community health service station health service supply and demand, service quality and satisfaction still need to improve and perfect.In this paper, the five chapters are discussed: the first chapter is the introduction, put forward the main research questions and its background, and point out the research purpose and significance of the research,the research methods and data collection. In the second part, the theory and concept of community health services are briefly introduced, including the different views of the domestic and foreign experts on the problem of community health services. The third part, through the collection and analysis of data, summarized the status quo of the supply and demand of health services in Ma Jiapu community health service station. In the fourth part, it points out the problems of Ma Jiapu community health service station. In the fifth part, the countermeasures to the community health service station in Ma Jiapu are summarized.Through the study on the supply and demand of community health servicesin Ma Jiapu, it is beneficial to promote the reasonable use and allocate limited resources, and relieve the medical conditions of the large hospitals. Carrying out simple technology, improving the professional quality of the medical staffs in community health organizations, is beneficial to improving the health status of residents. At the same time, it can provide reference and help to other community health service supply and demand situation.
