Objective Through questionnaires to understand the organizational conflicts,conflict management strategies and work performance of medical staff in gradethree general hospital of T city;explore the impact of organizational conflicts and their management on work performance;based on the results of the study,put forward specific details for the hospital's organizational conflict management.Methods Using intragroup conflict scale,ROCI-?scale and job performance scale questionnaire investigation to the medical personnel.The collected questionnaire data are tested by independent sample T test,one-way variance analysis and correlation analysis.Results There are differences in the status of organizational conflicts,conflicts management and work performance on different demographic factors.Different types of conflicts in organizational conflicts have different effects on work performance,relationship conflicts and work performance is negatively correlated,the correlation coefficient is-0.366,task conflict and work performance is positively correlate,the correlation coefficient is 0.631.The five methods in conflict management strategies have different relationships with work performance,The positive correlation between compromise,integration and work performance are 0.469 and 0.468,dominance,concession and avoidance are negatively correlated with job performance,and the correlation coefficients are-0.454,-0.315 and-0.336.Organizational conflict and its management have a certain degree of influence on work performance.Conclusion Organizational conflict and its management can effectively improve the performance of hospital medical staff.1)strengthen the training on organizational conflict knowledge;2)use conflict management strategies reasonably;3)establish a smooth internal communication mechanism to reduce Internal contradictions caused by being in place;4)attaching importance to the power of third-party mediation to resolve organizational conflicts;5)updating the internal system of the hospital to avoid internal conflicts caused by disconnection from the times.Figure 1;Table 28;Reference 61...
