In the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it is pointed out that the main social contradictions in our country have been transformed into the contradiction between the people's growing need for a better life and the unbalanced and insufficient development. With the change of the main social contradictions in our country, the needs closely related to the life of the elderly groups are also changing.Under the severe situation of the aging population in our country, the old people's need for old-age care is no longer just simple life care, but also higher-level needs of health care, rehabilitation treatment and hospice care for the elderly. At the same time, the diversified pension needs of the elderly can not be met by the existing pension service institutions and can not support the needs of the elderly in their old age.As a new model, the integration of old-age care and medical care has emerged, which provides a new way to solve the problem of old-age care. This means that the integration of medical care and old-age care service has not only been studied from theory to practice, but also has been more mature. However,in practice, the integration of health care and pension services involves many departments, resources and factors, which makes the conflicts between health care institutions continue and hinders the sustainable development of health care and pension services.Through consulting the relevant literature and combining with in-depth study of conflict theory, harmonious management theory and synergy theory, this paper first understands the conflicts between these theories and the research object of this paper, and how to coordinate these conflicts to promote the better development of integrated medical care and pension services. Then, according to the theory,it makes value judgments, mainly finds the conflicts of organizational interests, organizational resources, and so on.Organizational structure conflict is the current conflict of medical care integration and pension services in China.Organizational conflicts of interest are caused by the increasingly obvious conflicts of interest among the subjects, the imbalance of interest game and the lack of communication bridges.Organizational conflicts of resources are the development of integrated medical care and pension services that need to rely on human, material and financial resources. In the case ofinadequate allocation of resources, the phenomenon of resource grabbing among the subjects is common. As a result, the conflicts of organizational interests and organizational resources are external causes, and the development of integrated medical care and pension services is constrained by both internal and external factors.Organizational structure conflict is due to the different subordinates of medical and nursing organizations. The inconsistency of functions or interests can easily lead to conflicts between medical and nursing institutions, thus restricting the development of integrated medical and nursing care for the aged. Therefore,by consulting the literature and practical cases, this paper determines that the main problem of this study is the organizational conflicts in the development of medical and nursing integration service for the aged.It puts forward the three conflicts mentioned above and deeply analyses the constraints of the three conflict factors in the medical and nursing integration service for the aged from the aspects of performance and influence, from the construction of organizational interest cooperation mechanism and strengthening organizational capital.Source supply guarantee system, optimize service management and operation organization to propose targeted solutions.
