With the rapid development of the Digital Technology,the target of design has gradually been transformed from the visible “object” into the invisible “event”.In this course,both the Service Design and the Experience Design which aim to improve the experience of users will be put into practice in more fields.The thesis talks about the management of maternal and infant health,summarizes the element of Continuing Care,and proposes a new type of service after combining the theory of Service Design.The aim of the thesis,in the background that medical industry is transforming into health industry,is to satisfy the personalized dynamic demands of users with the harmony and completeness of the continue service.Meanwhile,in the background that experience economy leads to the transition of consumption,the thesis introduces the dimensionality of “experience” to improve service with discussing the relationship of service and experience.After making introductions of the instances and interviews,the author analyzes the experience elements of the periods of preparation,progress and influence in the Continuation Service,and creates a personalized experience strategy.The thesis puts forward a concept service of maternal and infant health management in order to verify and adjust the experience strategys,in order to be appropriate them for more other fields.The study of the subject provides the Continuation Service with the frame structure of the concept and the testimony of the content in theory,and explores the operation methods and evaluating reference about the experience.The author wishes the consequences of the study can inspire the practitioners in the fields of design,medical health,or others.
