User Research And Health Service Design Of Diabetes Mobile Remote Service System

With the design investigation and analysis of actual cases, the author further deepens the understanding of development and design of this study, starts comprehensive research on the need of diabetic patients by the actual survey data and the basic elements of health service design. By using the technology of mobile remote tele-medicine guide the research of health service system, a set of model for this human health service system based on the actual needs of patients is proposed.First, a survey on the users is carried out focusing interviews and other forms of investigation to the typical user, and the life of typical user during treatment is analyzed, information is organized according to the order from the particular to the universal and get the need service of user to diabetes education and self-management model, and then research of actual data is obtained. Second, with a point, line, surface in the geometric relationship between space and the way that the consecutive points of the line, the cross connection lines of the surface to excavate the vacancy of the mobile tele-medicine service system. Third, the author’s analysis of user characteristics in the mobile tele-medicine products is done, and then design method based on the image on the prototype and the shape be transformed by intention of Lenovo are put forward.In order to join the emotion of user and the interface design features of product, combine similar design features with their related development field, building a complete framework and procedures of diabetes mobile remote tele-medicine service system based on the needs of users, the main model of the product is thus obtained. It proves that the emotional needs and psychological needs to the meaning and value of product development.Finally, the author finds the user need for healthy consumption based on the exploration to the product business model, meeting the idea for this product’s business model. Integrated supply chain to realize the maximization of customer value from the positioning of the business model, to the analysis of advantages and scalability are explored by building product profits for the overall solution.
