Clinical Observation Of Qimarunshu Decoction In Treating Functional Constipation Of Qi-deficiency Type

Objective:The purpose of the study is to provide data support for the clinical application and promotion of the prescription by observing the clinical effect of Qima Runshu Decoction on Qi-deficiency functional constipation.Methods:Sixty subjects who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group and the control group,each with30 cases.The treatment group used the traditional Chinese medicine Qi Ma Run Shu Decoction,and the control group used the western medicine Mosapride citrate tablets.After taking the medicine for 4 weeks,the patient's bowel frequency,bowel movement time,Fecal characteristics,bowel effort status,abdominal distension and other symptoms were scored to comprehensively evaluate the clinical efficacy of Qi Ma Run Shu Decoction in treating functional constipation of qi deficiency type.All data related to this clinical observation were analyzed and processed using SPSS22.0statistical software.Results: After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 76.6% in the control group.Comparing the total effective rate of the two groups,the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,and the data of the two groups were compared,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,all the individual integrals and total integrals in the treatment group were significantly reduced compared with those in the two groups before treatment,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05),and regardless of the individual integrals or total integrals,the integrals in the treatment group after treatment were significantly different from those in the control group after treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).None of the 60 patients had any significant adverse reactions during the treatment period.Conclusion:Qimarun Shu Decoction has a significant clinical effect onfunctional constipation due to deficiency of qi,and it is significantly higher than mosabili citrate dispersive tablets,especially in improving fecal properties of patients and making defecation difficult and labored.
