| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of transport intestinal Runtong soup in the treatment of spleen deficiency type functional constipation.Methods: The selected medical records were all originated from the patients who were diagnosed as the spleen deficiency of functional constipation in Wang Zili famous doctors studio in Gansu province traditional Chinese medical hospital from September 2013 to September 2014. adopt the prospective randomized controlled clinical research metbods.Acc- ording to case takes standard and exclusion standard,the 68 patients who were meet the standard will be randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The 34 cases in the treatment group have taken transport intestinal Runtong soup. And 34 cases in the control group have taken Mosapride Citrate Tablets. One course of treatment will last 4 weeks. two groups of patients judge curative effect according to constipation symptom score,TCM symptoms integral and PAC-QOL scale integration. And to evaluate before and after treatment respectively. The CRF statistics record will be input Excel form by hand. Use SPASS18.0 statistical analysis software for data analysis and processing and make comparisons between groups and within groups,and give the therapeutic evaluation.Results: Ultimately involved statistical analysis patients were 64 cases,the treatment group 33 cases,the control group 31 cases.1. Two groups of constipation symptom assessment: Transport intestinal Runtong soup in improving the patients fecal character.defecation time and defecation difficulty degree,curative effect is obviously better than posapride citrate tablets.(P<0.05). but the two groups in improving patients’ abdominal distension, defecate frequency and fall bilge feeling,the three symptoms have no obvious differences.(P>0.05).the symptoms of constipation clinical therapeutic evaluation: treatment group totally had 96.97% effectiveness, the comparison group totally had 77.42% effectiveness,by rank sumtest, transport intestinal Runtong soup and improve constipation in patients with total effciency is obviously better than mosapride citrate tablets(P<0.05).2. Two groups of TCM symptoms integral evaluation:Transport intestinal Runtong soup can significantly improve patients with anorexia, mental fatigue, epigastric fullness, nausea and vomiting, pale mouth thirst, heaviness in the body, early satiety and discomfort(P<0.01), effectively improve the patient’s limbs(P<0.05) and mosapride citrate; Billy not thirsty in the improvement of patients with nausea and vomiting, tastelessness and heaviness in the body when the effect is not obvious(P>0.05). In the TCM symptoms of constipation therapeutic evaluation:treatment group total effectiveness 100%,the comparison group total effectiveness 74.19%, through rank sum test,transport the intestinal Runtong soup to improve constipation in patients with symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine with a total efficiency is obviously better than mosapride citrate tablets(P<0.05).3. Two groups of PAC-QOL scale score: two group can effectively improve the patients body discomfort, psychological and social discomfort, fear and anxiety, four dimensions of satisfaction, but the two groups in the improvement of patients with worry and anxiety, psychological and social discomfort had no significant difference(P>0.05); in patients to improve physical discomfort and level of satisfaction intestinal Runtong soup, transport is obviously better than mosapride citrate tablets(P<0.05). Comparison of two groups of PAC-QOL Scale total score, transport intestinal Runtong soup is obviously better than mosapride citrate tablets(P<0.05).4. Safety observation index: two cases in the treatment process, were not found in the gastrointestinal tract and other adverse reactions; the treatment group and control group before and after treatment, indexes of blood and urine routine, stool routine + occult blood test, liver function, renal function, ECG showed no obvious abnormality, safety evaluation for the level 1.Conclusions:1. The clinical curative effect affirmation of transport intestinal Runtong soup treatment spleen deficiency type of functional constipation, improve constipation symptoms, patients in the TCM symptoms and improve the life quality of the patients and other aspects, the curative effect is obviously better than citric acid Mosa Billy.2. Transport security of clinical application of intestinal Runtong soup is good, no obvious adverse reactions and side effects. |
