Objective:The experience of my tutor Yiqi Yangyin Decoction in the treatment of Senile Functional Constipation (Qi and yin deficiency type) clinical curative effectMethods.The Research case from the Heilongjiang Province Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine Department of Gastroenterology Outpatient services2012December to2014January. A total of60cases of Qi Yin deficiency type senile functional constipationpatientsFunctional constipation (Qi deficiency, yin deficiency) diagnostic criteria ofconsistent with the60patients were randomly divided into two groups:30cases in the treatment group,30cases in the control group, the treatment group were given Yiqi Yangyin decoction, the control group oral Runchang, a month,compared with two groups in the change process of clinical symptoms,effectiveness evaluation of symptoms. A monthas one course of treatment, a detailed record, two group patients after defecation, stool each time interval,improving defecation time of abdominal distension, constipation curative effectjudgment standard of a course, comprehensive treatment in patients with clinical curative effect of the two groups before and after the statistical analysis ofsymptom score.Results:The experience of my tutor Yiqi Yangyin Decoction in the treatment of Senile Functional Constipation (Qi and yin deficiency type) curative in the course of treatment, patients with defecation interval, defecation time anddefecation, stool on the degree of difficulty are better than the control group. Interms of TCM symptoms, the shortness of breath fatigue, Shenpi lazy words,dizziness and tinnitus, Yaoxisuanruan, improve the degree of hectic fever night sweat and tongue of significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:The experience of my tutor Yiqi Yangyin Decoction is the treatment of Senile Functional Constipation (deficiency of both qi andYin) the effective prescription,Clinical efficiency is better than the control group of Oral Qirong Runchang, treatment In the aspect of. the main symptoms and the TCM Syndrome Improving, Yiqi Yangyin Decoction is better than Oral Qirong Runchang, treatment its efficacy sure can significantly improve symptoms, no significant side effects, it is worth in the clinical applicatio...
