Yiqiyangyin Decoction In The Treatment Of Functional Constipation That Qi And Yin Deficiency Clinical Observation

Objectives:To observation yiqiyangyin Decoction in the treatment of functional constipation that Qi and Yin Deficiency clinical efficacy and safety.Methods:Would be consistent with functional constipation (Qi and Yin deficiency) diagnostic criteria 69 patients were randomly divided into two groups:Treatment group 35 cases, control group 34 cases, treatment group was given Yiqiyangyin Decoction, the control group was given Oral Qirong Runchang, treatment for 14 days, compared to two sets of changes in clinical symptoms, efficacy evaluation of symptom.Results:1.Yiqiyangyin Decoction in the treatment of functional constipation (Qi and Yin deficiency) the overall effect:two weeks after its treatment efficacy of total efficiency of 97.1% higher than the Oral Qirong Runchang 85.3%,However, after statistical treatment no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).2. Yiqiyangyin Decoction in improving the overall clinical symptoms: two weeks after its treatment its discontinuation Oral Qirong Runchang are superior (P<0.05).3. Yiqiyangyin Decoction in improving clinical symptoms in all aspects:two weeks after its treatment,its dry and in the stool, shortness of breath fatigue, dizziness, ringing in the ears, hot flashes, night sweats, tongue coating is superior to pulse oral Qirong Runchang(P <0.05);Prolonged in defecation, constipation, Shenpi lazy words, weak waist and the considerable effect Qirong Runchang Oral Liquid (P> 0.05).Conclusions:Yiqiyangyin Decoction in the treatment of functional constipation (Qi and Yin deficiency) its efficacy sure can significantly improve symptoms, no significant side effects, it is worth in the clinical application.
