Clinical Observation Of Guishao Runzao Lotion In The Treatment Of Hand And Foot Chronic Eczema(Blood Deficiency And Wing Dryness)

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Guishao Runzao Lotion on hand and foot chronic eczema(blood deficiency and wind dryness)Methods:70 patients with chronic hand and foot eczema who came to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine of the dermatology clinic were selected as the research objects,and the period is from in February 2018 to January 2020,patients meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 35 cases each.In the treatment group,33 cases were actually completed,and in the control group,32 cases were actually completed,and 5 cases were dropped off.The treatment group was given Guishao Runzao Lotion,the control group was treated with Compound Cortex Phellodendri liquid Coating.And the two groups were washed outside twice a day,dried after washing,and coated with Shu Feng ointment.Both groups followed the two week course of treatment,with a total of 2 courses of treatment.SPSS22.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the differences between the two groups.Results:1.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05)2.After 2 weeks of treatment,there was a statistical difference in the scores of symptoms between the two groups compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);There was no statistical difference in erythema scores between the two groups(P>0.05),and there was a statistical difference in other symptom scores(P<0.05)3.After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of symptoms in the two groups were statistically different from those before treatment(P<0.05);The scores of symptoms were statistically different between the two groups(P<0.05)4.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.91%,and that of the control group was 78.13%.The curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group,there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05)Conclusions:1.Guishao Runzao Lotion is effective in treating hand and foot chronic eczema(blood deficiency and wind dryness)2.Guishao Runzao Lotion is superior to Compound Cortex Phellodendri Liquid Coating in treating hand and foot chronic eczema(blood deficiency and wind dryness).
