Clinical Observation On Treating Tinea Pe Dis With Shenmiao Liaoxuan Decoction Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine Ta Stain Therapy

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenmiao Liaoxuan Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine Ta Stain therapy in the treatment of tinea pedis belongs to Dampness-heat pouring downward syndrome,as well as the effects of Fungal clearance.Methods:The 123 eligible subjects who met the requirements were randomly divided into the treatment group 1(41 cases)according to the order of treatment:oral Shenmiao Liaoxuan Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine Ta Stain therapy,treatment group 2(41cases):oral Simiao Pills combined with traditional Chinese medicine Ta Stain therapy and control group(41cases):oral Simiao Pills.7 cases of shedding cases during the study.The time to judge the efficacy of the three groups was 28 days,once a week,On days 0,14±2 and 28±2,the patients were graded according to the objective skin lesion score criteria and the subjective index of TCM syndrome score criteria,Therefore,the clinical efficacy of each group was comprehensively measured according to the improvement of these two aspects.At the same time,the skin lesions of the three groups were collected on day 0 and day 28±2,respectively,for fungal detection,and then the improvement was compared.Results:1.After treatment,the skin lesions and TCM syndrome scores of the three groups of patients were significantly improved,After comparison between groups,the improvement of the treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 was better than that of control group(P<0.05),and that of treatment group 1 was better than that of treatment group 2(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the fungal clearance rate of skin lesions in all three groups was significantly improved compared with that before treatment,After comparison between groups,the improvement of the treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 was better than that of control group(P<0.05),and that of treatment group 1 was better than that of treatment group 2(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Shenmiao Liaoxuan Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine Ta Stain therapy can effectively improve the symptom score and fungal clearance rate of tinea pedis belongs to Dampness-heat pouring downward syndrome.2.Shenmiao Liaoxuan Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine Ta Stain therapy,it is a safe and effective method to treat tinea pedis belongs to Dampness-heat pouring downward syndrome.
