Clinical Effect Of Xiaoji Decoction Combined Leflunomide On Treating Simple Hematuria Performance Of Hspn Patients With Damp-Heat Pouring Downward Syndrome

Objective:Xiaoji decoction combined Leflunomide and Leflunomide are u-sed to treat HSPN patients with simple Hematuria performance to observe clinical symptoms and changes of laboratory index such as urine red blood cell count,ren-al function,liver function,blood routine before and after treatment,to explore the efficacy and security of Chinese medicine and provide basis for clinical application.Methods:Selecting the 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria,from First Affiliated Ho-spital of Henan College of Nephrology,kidney disease outpatient and inpatient pediatric p a-tients,April 2015-March 2016.The patients are divided into observation group and contro 1 group with Random number table method,30 in each grope,All indexes such as age, ge n-derare statistically analyzed before treatment for each group.The treatment group receive d Xiaojiyinzi decoction combined Leflunomide on the basis of conventional therapy, t-hecontrol group use leflunomide on the basis of conventional therapy(lmg/kg,the maxim u-mdose of 50mg/d,two each morning and evening, lin the noon),1 times a day orally fo r three consecutive days to 0.2mg-0.4mg/kg,theperson>40kg are treated bye 20mg/d.the in-dicators such as 24h UAE are detected,urine red blood cell count,ALT,WBC,Scr,are dete c-ted one time in Week 0,4 weeks,8 weeks,to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Xiaojiyi n-zi decoction.Results:The actual completion cases is 60,21 cases are controlled in the observation grou-p(70.0%),6 cases were markedly improved(20.0%),2 cases are effective(6.7%),1 cases ar- einvalid(3.3%),the total efficiency is 96.7%.14cases are controlled in the control group(46. 7%),6 cases were markedly improved(20%),6 cases are effective(20%),4 cases are invalid (13.3%),the total efficiency is 86.7%.the curative effect of the treatment group is better t-han the control group,P<0.05,it is statistically significant.In the side effects,the treatment group has no abnormal liver and renal function,ALT elevations appeared in the 2 patien-ts of the control group.and one case has the severe hair loss.Conclusion:(1) Xiaoji decoction combined with Leflunomide can obviously impr-ove the hot and humid betting type HSPN of symptoms.(2)Chinese medicine field thistle YinZi add and subtract from the joint, type in the treatment of isolated hematuria with g-ood curative effect in purpura nephritis, and joint application of traditional Chinese medi-cine can significantly improve the curative effect of western medicine to fluorine mitt.(3) Field thistle YinZi add and subtract to jointly fluorine milt synergy in the treatment, not only was able to come to a certain extent reduce the side effects of fluoride mitt.
