Clinical Study Of Xiangyin Lotion Combined With Blowing And Drying Therapy In The Treatment Of Tinea Pedis Syndrome Of Excessive Dampness-heat

Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical effect and mycological effect of Xiangyin lotion combined with blowing and drying therapy in the treatment of tinea pedis syndrome of excessive dampness-heat.Methods:70 subjects who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The treatment group was treated with Xiangyin lotion immersion combined with blowing and drying therapy,and the control group was treated with terbinafine hydrochloride cream external application.All subjects self-sterilized household items during treatment.The skin area,maceration,erosion,exudation and itch degree of subjects in the two groups were recorded before and on the14 th and 28 th day after treatment as clinical observation indicators.Recurrence was recorded 4 weeks after the end of treatment in clinically cured cases.The clinical and mycological effects of the two groups were observed with the results of fungal fluorescence staining as the Pathogenic observation index.All data were analyzed by SPSS22.0 statistical software.Results:(1)There were 32 cases in the treatment group and 33 cases in the control group,a total of 65 cases.In the treatment group,the recovery rate was 59.38%,the effective rate was 93.75%,and the fungal clearance rate was 90.93%.In the control group,the recovery rate was 45.45%,the effective rate was 75.76%,and the fungal clearance rate was 93.94%.,indicating that there was no significant difference between the two groups in comprehensive efficacy and fungal clearance rate(p > 0.05).(2)On the 14 th day,the degree of infiltration and erosion of skin lesions in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(p< 0.05).(3)On the 28 th day of treatment,the skin lesions in the treatment group were significantly improved in the extent of itching,immersion and exudation compared with the control group(p < 0.05).(4)The recurrence rate was 5.26% in the treatment group and 20.00% in the control group,indicating that there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion:The external application of Xiangyin lotion combined with blowing and drying therapy in the treatment of tinea pedis syndrome of excessive dampness-heat has the same effect as external application of terbinafine hydrochloride cream,and it has a significant effect on improving the degree of immersion,erosion,exudation and Pruritus of Patients,there is no adverse reactions were found in the treatment Process,which is worthy of clinical application.
