The Clinical Efficacy And Mechanism Discussion On Chuxuan Zhiyang Lotion In Treating Tinea Pedis That Dampness And Heat Syndrome

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect and antifungal effect of tinea pedis that dampness and heat syndrome by the"Chuxuan Zhiyang Lotion".Methods:The study is divided into two parts. In clinical study, 62 patients of tinea pedis that dampness and heat syndrome are randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. the treatment group use the"Chuxuan Zhiyang Lotion", external use, twice a day; the control group use Ciclopirox Olamine Ointment, external use, twice a day. Both groups observe it for 28 days as one course. Observation of the two groups before and after treatment with the medicine effect, mycology examine and so on. The experiment adopt the tube disk approach to examine the MIC for common dermatophyte of tinea pedis that dampness and heat syndrome.Result:The clinical Cure rate is 75.00% in treatment group, the total effective rate is 87.50%, and the mycological cure rate is 84.38%, compared with the control group there was no significant difference (P>0.05).But as to the case with obvious impregnation, Markedly effective rate is 88.24%, there are statistically significant difference between the two group (P<0.05). Experimental result showed that the the MIC for common dermatophyte of tinea pedis that dampness and heat syndrome is 7.5～15mg/ml, MIC for Candida albicans is 60mg/ml.Conclusion: The treatment of tinea pedis that dampness and heat syndrome by the"Chuxuan Zhiyang Lotion"is of high effect, low recurrence rate, and is applicable to the treatment of the inea pedis with obvious impregnation in clinic.
