Objective:To observe the effects of ShenNaoFuYuan Prescription i n Vertebrobasilar Insufficiency patients, and to dicuss the clinical ef fect.Method:60patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.30cases in control group were treated with Nicerg oline Tablets.30cases in treatment group were treated with ShenNa oFuYuan Prescription on the basis of control group. Observe the e ffect before and after the treatment, including clinical effect, TCM diversity index、TCD diversity index、 hemorheology diversity inde x and Lipid diversity index.Result:1.The comparison of clinic effect:The total efficiency was93.33%in the treatment group and80.00%in the control group, with sign ificant difference between the two groups (p<0.05).2.The comparison of TCM symptom points:In the two groups af ter treatment, both of the TCM symptom points declined. There we re significant differences (p<0.01). The TCM symptom points in the treatment group declined more than the control group, and the diff erence was significant (P<0.01).3.The comparison of TCD diversity index:After treatment in the two groups, both of TCD diversity index improved.(P<0.01). The t reatment group TCD diversity index declined more than the control group,and the difference was significant (P<0.05). 4.The comparison of hemorheology diversity index:After treatme nt in the two groups, hemorheology diversity index of the treatment group improved more than the control group, and the difference w as significant (P<0.05). The treatment group hemorheology diversity index of the treatment group was improved more than that in the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05).5.The comparison of Lipid diversity index:After treatment in the two groups, Lipid diversity index of the treatment group improved more than the control group, and the difference was significant (P <0.05). The treatment group Lipid diversity index of the treatment group was improved more than that in the control group, and the d ifference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:ShenNaoFuYuan Prescription can significantly improve Vertebrobasilar Insufficiency Disease patients with clinical effect、T CM symptom、 TCD diversity index、 hemorheology diversity index and Lipid diversity index. ShenNaoFuYuan Prescription is also a va lid prescription to Vertebrobasilar Insufficiency Disease patients.
