Objective:Observe the clinical efficacy of Lian Chen Tang in treating obesity with spleen deficiency and dampness;explore the effect of Lian Chen Tang on the diversity of intestinal flora and the number of phylum Pachyphyta,the number of Bacteroides phylum and the phylum Pachyphyta/Bacteroides The influence of ratio,discuss the relationship between obesity and intestinal flora and the influence of Chinese medicine on intestinal flora;explore its possible treatment mechanismMethods:1.Select the study object from April 2019 to October 2019 The patients who met the research standards in the endocrine clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine.A total of 65 patients were enrolled.All were given 150 ml of Lian Chen Tang,orally twice a day,and the curative effect was evaluated after 12 weeks.The TCM syndrome scores of patients before and after treatment were counted,and the effect of Lian Chen Tang on the TCM syndrome scores of patients was analyzed based on the treatment effect.2.Measure and test the body weight,BMI,waist circumference,F%,TG,TC,LDL-C and safety observation indicators of patients before and after treatment.Through comparison before and after treatment,analyze the effect of Lian Chen Tang on obese patients with spleen deficiency and damp resistance Treatment effect and its impact on safety observation indicators.3.All patients included in the study collected fresh feces 1 day before the start of treatment and on the day of the end of medication,and sent the stool samples to the high-throughput sequencing laboratory of Shenzhen Huada Gene Technology Service limited company for 16s rDNA sequencing.Combine the data obtained from the test with clinical data to analyze the effect of Lian Chen Tang on obese patients with spleen deficiency and dampnessResults:1.The total score of TCM syndrome decreased(P<0.05);2.The scores of TCM single symptom decreased(P<0.05);3.Weight and BMI decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and waist circumference and F%decreased(P<0.01);4.Serum TG and LDL-C levels decreased(P<0.05),and TC levels decreased(P<0.01);5.The intestinal flora diversity increased slightly,the Simpson index decreased,and the Shannon index increased(P<0.05).The bacillus phylum ratio decreased(P<0.01);6.Analysis of the efficacy of TCM syndromes:the total effective rate reached 81.36%,of which 12 cases were markedly effective,36 cases were effective,and 11 cases were ineffective;7.Weight and waist circumference analysis:the total effective rate reached 86.44%,of which 13 cases were markedly effective,38 cases were effective,8 cases were ineffective;8.Safety:During the treatment,the patient's blood,urine,stool routine,liver and kidney function were not significantly abnormal,and no adverse conditions occurred.Conclusions:1.Lian Chen Tang can reduce the TCM syndrome score of obese patients with spleen deficiency and dampness,and significantly improve its clinical symptoms.2.Lian Chen Tang can reduce the weight,BMI,waist circumference,F%of obese patients with spleen deficiency and dampness type,and reduce their serum TG,TC,LDL-C levels,and improve the patients' lipid metabolism disorder.3.Lian Chen Tang can increase the diversity of intestinal flora in obese patients with spleen deficiency and dampness resistance,reduce the number of Firmicutes,increase the number of Bacteroides,and thus reduce the ratio of Firmicutes/Bacteroides.This may be Lianchen One of the mechanisms of decoction in treating obesity of spleen deficiency and dampness resistance.
