Curative Effect Observation Of Lian Chen Decoction On Simple Obesity And Its Effect On Serum TNF-? And Chemerin

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Lian Chen Tang in the treatment of simple obesity with spleen deficiency and dampness type,and to observe the effects of Lian Chen Tang on serum tumor necrosis factor-?(TNF-?)and Chemerin.Discuss its possible treatment mechanisms.Methods:The subjects were selected from the patients who met the study criteria in the endocrine clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2018 to December2018.A total of 47 patients were enrolled.All patients were given 150 ml of Lian Chen Tang,taken orally twice a day,and evaluated the curative effect after 12 weeks.According to the therapeutic effect,the TCM syndrome scores,body weight,BMI,F%,TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,TNF-? and Chemerin were analyzed and safety observations.Results: 1.The total score of TCM syndrome decreased(P<0.01);2.The scores of TCM single symptom decreased(P<0.01);3.The Body weight,BMI,and F% decreased(P<0.01);4.Serum TG,The levels of TC and LDL-C decreased(P<0.01),serum HDL-C levels increased(P<0.01);5.Serum TNF-?and Chemerin levels decreased(P<0.01);6.TCM syndrome analysis: total The effective rate was 80.95%,of which8 cases were markedly effective,26 cases were effective,and 8cases were ineffective.7.Safety: During the treatment,the patients had routine hematuria and no abnormalities in liver and kidney function,and no adverse conditions occurred.Conclusions: 1.Lian Chen Tang can reduce the TCM syndrome scores of patients with simple obesity of spleen deficiency and dampness,and the clinical symptoms of patients are obviously improved.2.Lian Chen Tang can reduce the body weight,BMI and F% of patients with simple obesity,decrease the levels of serum TG,TC and LDL-C,increase the level of HDL-C,and improve the metabolism of blood lipids.3.Lian Chen Tang can down-regulate the levels of inflammatory factors TNF-?,Chemerin,and this may be one of the mechanisms of Lian Chen Tang in the treatment of simple obesity.
