Curative Effect Observation Of Lian Chen Decoction On Simple Obesity And Its Effect On Serum Omentin-1 And IL-6

Objective:To observe the effect of Lianchen Decoction on simple obesity of spleen-deficiency and dampness,and the effects of IL-6 and omentin-1.To explore the mechanism of Lian Chen Decoction in treating simple obesity of spleen-deficiency and dampness.Methods:Patients with simple obesity who were admitted to the The First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang Chinese Medicine Colledge for outpatient treatment in April 2018 and December 2018 and met the research criteria were selected.On the basis of healthy and balanced lifestyle,all the42 patients were given 150 ml Lian Chen Decoction,and were given twice daily in the morning and evening,and observed for 12 weeks.The TCM syndrome scores,body weight,waist circumference(WC),body mass index(BMI),Waist–hip ratio(WHR),fasting glucose(FBG),fasting insulin(FINS),insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR),omentin-1,IL-6 were observed before and after treatment.At the same time,blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,hepatic and renal function and other safety indicators were monitored.Results: 1.The total score of TCM syndrome decreased(P<0.01)2.The score of TCM syndrome decreased(P<0.01)3.The analysis of TCM syndrome efficacy: the total effective rate of treatment reached 83.30% 4.The weight,WC,BMI and WHR level decreased(p<0.01)5.FBG,FINS,HOMA-IR levels decreased(p<0.01)6.Omentin-1 level increased(p<0.01),IL-6 level decreased(p<0.01)7.Safety: patients with hepatic and renal function,blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,physical examination showed no obvious abnormality during treatment.Conclusion:1.Lian Chen Decoction can decrease the TCM syndromes scores which simple obesity of spleen-deficiency and dampness patients own,and the clinical symptoms of these patients are obviously ameliorated.2.Lian Chen Decoction can decrease body weight,WC,BMI andWHR level in patients with simple obesity of spleen-deficiency and dampness.3.Lian Chen Decoction can reduce serum IL-6 levels and increase Omentin-1 levels in patients with simple obesity and spleen-deficiency and dampness,and inhibits the chronic inflammatory response.4.Lian Chen Decoction can decrease serum FBG,FINS,HOMA-IR levels in patients with simple obesity and spleen-deficiency and dampness,and improves insulin resistance by inhibiting chronic inflammatory response,which may suggest that Lian Chen Decoction may treat simple obesity by inhibiting inflammatory response.
