Purpose:In this study,we investigated the correlation of spleen deficiency,intestinal flora disorder and hyperlipidemia by using inulin and cassia sinensis as intervention methods,and the effect and mechanism of inulin intervention on dyslipidemia.Material and method:In this study,subjects were recruited in the outpatient and ward of affiliated hospital of liaoning university of traditional chinese medicine from june 2018 to june 2020.using a single-center randomized controlled trial design,patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into three groups according to the order of visits,namely,normal blood lipid(normal group),dyslipidemia(model group)and dyslipidemia(intervention group).All groups were given health education,blank group and control group were not given other intervention,inulin group,inulin solid beverage + hawthorn cassia seed solid drink,two times daily warm water treatment.After 8 weeks,the changes of blood lipid level and ox-LDL were observed and changes in intestinal microflora.the changes of serum ox-LDL were determined by ELISA method.the intestinal flora was detected by high-throughput sequencing technology in fecal samples to analyze the diversity and abundance of microbial flora in the intestine.Results:1.There was no statistical difference in blood lipid levels between the control group and the inulin hawthorn intervention group before intervention.The TC and LDL-C of the control group and Hawthorn intervention group were statistically different(P=0.036<0.05?P=0.008<0.05),and the TG and HDL-C were not statistically different(P=0.398>0.05?P=0.910>0.05).Serum ox-LDL(P<0.001)in the control group and inulin hawthorn intervention group were statistically different after intervention treatment.2.Serum ox-LDL(P<0.001)in the control group and inulin hawthorn intervention group were statistically different.3.The symptoms of burnout and fatigue(P=0.027),sputum(P=0.027)and pulse(P=0.044)were improved in the control group after intervention treatment,and there were statistical differences.patients in the inulin hawthorn intervention group had improved each symptom after 8 weeks of intervention,with statistical differences.According to TCM syndrome diagnosis score,the control group was effective 7,invalid 29,no recovery or significant effect,the total integral improvement rate was 1.78%;the chrysanthemum Hawthorn intervention group was effective 9,effective 26,the total integral improvement rate was 63.78%.4.After 8 weeks of treatment,the abundance of intestinal flora changed in the Hawthorn intervention group of inulin,and in the number of strains,the Hawthorn intervention group of inulin was significantly higher than that of the control group.PCA analysis can see that Bifidobacterium is beneficial to reduce blood lipids.Conclusion:1.Chrysanthemum powder hawthorn cassia seed intervention method to reduce the level of blood lipids and reduce serum ox-LDL to treat spleen deficiency phlegm turbid hyperlipidemia.2.Inulin Hawthorn Cassia seed Chinese medicine prescription is safe and effective,patients in TCM syndrome has been effectively improved,can be applied and popularized.3.For the intestinal flora,the intervention method of Hawthorn Cassia seed in chrysanthemum powder improved,among which,Bifidobacterium is beneficial to reduce blood lipid.
