ObjectivesTo investigate the clinical differences between the syndrome of dampness stagnancy due to spleen deficiency and the syndrome of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney; to find the correlative intestinal flora with the energy and lipid metabolism.MethodsCollecting simple obesity patients, based on the principle of differential treatment to establish the plan acupuncture treatment. After treatment of 3 courses, to observe obesity index, symptoms, Lipid biochemical index and intestinal flora. Application spss11.5 to identify the level of statistical significance difference of relevant indicators.Resultsâ‘ Obesity index:before and after treatment, intra-group present significance difference(p<0.05); after treatment, between-group doesn't present significance difference(p>0.05).â‘¡Symptom score:before and after treatment, intra-group present significance difference(p<0.05); after treatment, between-group present significance difference(p<0.05).â‘¢Lipid biochemical index:before and after treatment, intra-group doesn't present significance difference(p>0.05); after treatment, between-group doesn't present significance difference(p>0.05).â‘£Intestinal flora:before treatment, compared with healthy, GAM, GFA, E.coli, BD are lower(p<0.05). EC increase significantly(p<0.05). BF, LBs don't present significance difference(p>0.05); after treatment, GAM, GFA, E.coli are lower(p<0.05). EC, BD, BF, LBs doesn't present significance difference(p>0.05). before and after treatment, GAM, GFA, EC are lower(p<0.05) and BD increases significantly(p<0.05) intra-group. EC, BF, LBs don't present significance difference(p>0.05).Conclutionâ‘ Obesity index, there was no difference between the two groups.â‘¡Symptom score:the healing efficacy of the syndrome of dampness stagnancy due to spleen deficiency better than the syndrome of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney.â‘¢Lipid biochemical index:there was no difference between the two groups.â‘£Intestinal flora:GAM, GFA, E.coli, BD,EC present significance difference(p>0.05). Acupuncture may regulate the number of EC and BD to achieve weight loss. EC may promote fat accumulation and BD may suppress fat accumulation.
