Effect Of Qiwei Baizhu Powder Combined With Magnetic (Arctic) Sticking Tianshu Point On Intestinal Flora Of Spleen Deficiency Syndrome And Diarrhea In Young Rats

Objective: The pathological model of intestinal flora imbalance in young rats with diarrhea due to spleen deficiency syndrome was established by Senna leaf,rhubarb,Cefradine and gentamicin sulfate.The effect of Qiwei Baizhu powder combined with magnetic(Arctic)sticking Tianshu point on intestinal flora of diarrhea rats with spleen deficiency syndrome was observed,and the mechanism of Qiwei Baizhu powder combined with magnetic(Arctic)sticking Tianshu point on intestinal flora of diarrhea rats with spleen deficiency syndrome was discussed.Methods: Sixty-five male clean and healthy SD young rats were divided into normal group and model preparation group according to random number table method.Ten rats in normal group were fed without any intervention.55 rats in model group were fed with Senna leaf,raw rhubarb,Cefradine sulfate and gentamicin sulfate for 6consecutive days.After the completion of the model,the young rats were divided into6 groups according to the principle of randomization,10 in each group,namely Qiwei Baizhu powder group,magnetic(northern)Tianshu acupoint group,Qiwei Baizhu powder combined with magnetic(Arctic)Tianshu acupoint group,Jinshuangqi group and natural recovery group.The general indexes were observed and recorded everyday.After 6 days of intervention,intestinal contents were taken to culture intestinal microorganisms,and the intestinal microbial diversity of rats was detected.The intestinal mucosa was taken for HE staining.Results: 1.Senna leaf,rhubarb,Cefradine sulfate and gentamicin sulfate were used to establish the model.The results of intestinal microbial culture were E.coli,E.coli,bacteria and Lactobacillus P < 0.01;the results of Alpha diversit analysis were ACE index,Shannon index and Simpson index P < 0.01;the results of intestinal flora level analysis were P < 0.05 of various flora.Observation,analysis of small intestinal mucosa HE staining results of various indicators show that the success of the model.2.After medication,the indexes of Qiwei Baizhu powder group,magnetic(north grade)Tianshu acupoint group,Qiwei Baizhu powder combined with magnetic(Arctic)Tianshu acupoint group,Jinshuangqi group and natural recovery group all improved in varying degrees.Qiwei Baizhu powder combined with magnetic(Arctic)Tianshu acupoint group could improve the diarrhea of spleen deficiency syndrome in juvenile rats and increase the body weight of juvenile rats rapidly.Long,can restore the number of lactic acid bacteria and Escherichia coli,can make the small intestine near the cecum tissue level clear,structure integrity,small intestinal villi shape back to normal,can restore the number of bacteria.Conclusion : 1.Pathological model of intestinal flora imbalance in young rats with diarrhea of spleen deficiency syndrome can be successfully established by using Senna leaf,rhubarb,Cefradine and gentamicin sulfate as models.2.Qiwei Baizhu powder combined with magnetic(Arctic)sticking Tianshu acupoint can improve the diarrhea of spleen deficiency syndrome in juvenile rats,make the weight of juvenile rats increase rapidly,restore the number of lactic acid bacteria and Escherichia coli,make the tissue level of the small intestine near the cecum clear,complete structure,return to normal small intestinal villus shape,and restore the number of phylum.
