| Objective:Collected and sorted the literature of Yiqi Yangyin therapy for premature ventricular contraction as a research object,and used meta-analysis to systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of Yiqi Yangyin therapy for premature ventricular contraction.Provide evidence-based medicine for the clinical application of Yiqiyangyin method in the treatment of premature ventricular contractionsMethods:Databases such as PubMed,EMbase,the Cochrane Library,WF,CNKI,VIP and CBM were retrieved by computer,and conference records and grey literature were retrieved manually.The retrieval time is from database establishment to January 2020.Collect all randomized controlled trials of Yiqi Yangyin therapy for premature ventricular contraction.Through screening,literature quality evaluation and data extraction were performed on the included literature.Revman5.3 was used for statistics and analysis.Forest charts were used to present the analysis results.Funnel charts were used to check for publication bias and sensitivity analysis was performedResults:There were 31 literatures,including 2836 patients,1524 patients in the treatment group and 1312 patients in the control group.The results of meta analysis are as follows:1.Efficacy analysis:17 articles reported clinical efficacy,including 1489 patients,the results showed[OR=3.59,95%CI:[2.65,4.86],P<0.001],with statistical significance,indicating the treatment group efficacy is better than the control group;13 articles reported the efficacy of premature ventricular contractions,including 1227 patients,the results showed that[OR=3.07,95%CI:[2.32,4.06],P<0.001],with statistical significance,indicating the treatment group is better than the control group;13 literatures report the curative effect of TCM syndromes,including 1194 patients,the results show[OR=4.92,95%CI:[3.50,6.92],P<0.001],with statistical significance,indicating the treatment group efficacy is better than the control group;14 articles report the number of 24h ventricular premature beats,including 1009 patients,using post-treatment measurements for analysis,the results show[SMD=-0.75,95%CI:[-1.11,-0.40],P<0.001],using the difference between the measured values before and after treatment for analysis,the results show[SMD=0.57,95%CI:[0.16,0.97],P<0.05],which is statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group is superior to the control group in reducing the number of ventricular premature beats;14 articles have reported TCM syndrome points,including 1170 patients,the results show that[MD=-1.87,95%CI:[-2.21,-1.52],P<0.001],which is statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group is superior to the control group in reducing TCM syndrome points;3 articles reported the SDNN of heart rate variability analysis,including 350 patients.The results showed[MD=7.30,95%CI:[-8.30,22.91],P>0.05],no statistical difference,indicating that there is no significant difference in SDNN improvement between the treatment group and the control group2.Safety analysis:A total of 22 articles reported adverse reactions,of which 10 articles described the adverse reactions in detail,including 823 patients,the results showed[OR=0.40,95%CI:[0.23,0.69],P<0.001],with statistical differences,indicating that the treatment group is safer than the control group and effectively reduces the incidence of adverse reactions;7 reports of gastrointestinal symptoms,including 574 patients,the results show[OR=0.79,95%CI:[0.41,1.52],P>0.05],no statistical difference,indicating that there is no significant difference between the treatment group and the treatment group in terms of gastrointestinal symptoms;8 articles reported cardio-cerebrovascular symptoms,including 629 patients,the results It showed that[OR=0.27,95%CI:[0.11,0.67],P<0.05],with statistical difference,indicating that the treatment group had fewer cardio-cerebrovascular symptoms than the control group,and the safety was higher.Conclusion:1.The results show that Yiqi Yangyin method has a significant effect on the treatment of premature ventricular contractions.Compared with the simple use of western medicine in terms of total clinical efficacy,premature ventricular contractions,TCM syndromes,24h ventricular premature beats,and TCM syndrome points routine treatment has certain clinical advantages2.The results show that the treatment of premature ventricular contractions with Yiqi Yangyin method is safer than the conventional treatment of western medicine alone,and it is less than the control group in the occurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular symptoms;but there is no significant difference in gastrointestinal symptoms from the control group. |
