Objective:Meta-analysis was used to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine objectively for Yangxin Anshen therapy in treating Premature ventricular contractions. Methods:ComPuter search of Chinese and English databases, such as CNKI,WF,VIP,PubMed,the Cochrance Library.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, screened out the RCTs related to the treatment of Premature ventricular contractions with the method of Yangxin Anshen therapy of traditional Chinese medicine. The literature was extracted and quality evaluated, and the Review Manager 5.4 software was used to conduct a meta-analysis of the data.Results:1.A total of 25 documents were included in this study, all of which were in Chinese.A total of 2662 cases were included, including 1371 cases in the treatment group and 1291 cases in the control group.2.Efficacy analysis:①Total efficacy of Premature ventricular contractions:the results showed that RR=1.29,95%CI[1.23,1.36],Z=9.85(P<0.00001),indicating that the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant.②Total curative effect of TCM syndrome:the results showed that RR=1.3 1,95%CI[1.24,1.39],Z=9.55(P<0.00001),which was statistically significant.③Clinical efficacy:RR=1.23,95%CI[1.15,1.32],Z=6.00(P<0.00001),which was statistically significant.④The number of 24h Holter ventricular Premature beats:I2=98%,MD=-204.81,95%CI[-311.53,-98.10],Z=3.76(P=0.0002),the heterogeneity was high but the results were statistically significant.⑤TCM symptom Points:I2=75%,SMD=-0.68,95%CI[-1.09,-0.27],Z=3.25(P=0.001),the heterogeneity was high but the results were statistically significant.⑥Efficacy of ECG,RR=1.15,95%CI[0.96,1.37],Z=1.50(P=0.13),the difference was not statistically significant.⑦pNN50 of heart rate variability index:MD=0.36,95%CI[-0.60,1.33],Z=0.74(P=0.46),the difference was not statistical;SDNN:MD=13.44,95%CI[6.67,20.21],Z=3.89(P<0.0001),there was a significant statistical difference;RMSDNN:MD=3.88,95%CI[1.76,6.01],Z=3.58(P=0.0003),there was a significant statistical difference.3.Safety analysis:There were 17 articles reported adverse reactions,7 of which described that no adverse reactions occurred in the treatment group and the control group, and 10 reported adverse reactions. The analysis result of adverse reactions was RR=0.51,95%.Cl[0.31,0.82],Z=2.78(P=0.005),the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion:1.The treatment of premature ventricular contractions with the method of Yangxin Anshen therapy of traditional Chinese medicine has obvious clinical advantages in terms of the total efficacy of premature ventricular contractions, the total curative effect of TCM syndromes, the clinical efficacy, the number of 24h Holter ventricular premature beats, the TCM symptom points,SDNN and RMSDNN of heart rate variability index;Compared with western medicine, there is no significant difference in terms of Efficacy of ECG and pNN50 of heart rate variability index.2.The treatment of premature ventricular contractions by Yangxin Anshen therapy has fewer side effects and higher safety than conventional Western medicine treatment. However, considering that the overall quality of the included studies is not good enough, the research results need to be further improved and optimized.
