Clinical Observation Of "replenishing Qi And Nourishing Yin, Resolving Phlegm And Calming Palpitations" In The Treatment Of Ventricular Premature Contraction Of Coronary Heart Disease

Purpose:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Shenqi Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction combined with Tianwang Buxin Dan in the treatment of coronary heart disease patients with premature ventricular contraction(phlegm and blood stasis combined with Qi and yin deficiency syndrome),analyze the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease,and summarize the clinical experience of the tutor in the treatment of the disease by "supplementing qi and nourishing Yin,resolving phlegm and palpitation".Material and methods: From January,2019 to December,2020,100 patients with ventricular premature contractions(phlegm and blood stasis combined with Qi and yin deficiency syndrome)of coronary heart disease were enrolled,including 50 patients in the treatment group(basic Western medicine plus Shenqi Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction plus Tianwang Buxin Dan)and 50 patients in the control group(basic Western Medicine),The clinical data of TCM syndrome,ECG and DCG of the two groups before and after treatment were collected and summarized into excel.SPSS 25.0 software was used to analyze the changes and curative effect of TCM syndrome score,ECG and DCG of the two groups before and after treatment.Results:1.Improvement of syndrome: the treatment group had a significant improvement in syndrome(P < 0.05),especially in shortness of breath and fatigue(P < 0.01).In the treatment group,11 cases were markedly effective,accounting for 22%,31 cases were effective,accounting for62%,and the total effective rate was 84%;in the control group,3 cases were markedly effective,accounting for 6%,30 cases were effective,accounting for 60%,and the total effective rate was 66%,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).2.ECG improvement: in the treatment group,4 cases were markedly effective,accounting for8%,29 cases were effective,accounting for 58%,and the total effective rate was 66%;in the control group,1 case was markedly effective,accounting for 2%,23 cases were effective,accounting for 46%,and the total effective rate was 48%.The curative effect of the two groups was compared,P < 0.05,with statistical significance.3.Improvement of ventricular premature beat: after treatment,the number of ventricular premature beat in two groups decreased.The total effective rate of the treatment group was68%;The total effective rate of the control group was 50%,with statistical significance(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.The pathogenesis of the disease is based on deficiency of both qi and Yin,with phlegm and blood stasis as the standard and deficiency fire endogenous.The location of the disease is in the heart,which is closely related to the kidney.2.Shenqi Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction combined with Tianwang Buxin Dan has a good clinical effect in the treatment of ventricular premature beat of coronary heart disease,and its effect is significantly better than that of the control group treated with western medicine alone.3.Shenqi Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction combined with Tianwang Buxin Dan has reliable safety and no obvious adverse reactions in the treatment of ventricular premature beat of coronary heart disease,which is worthy of wide clinical application.
