Research On The Development Strategies Of The Elderly Care Service Mode Of Combining The Medical Care With Health In Beidaihe District Of Qinhuangdao From The Perspective Of Comprehensive Health

With China speeding up its pace into an aging society,how to make the elderly have security,dependence and happiness is a major social problem.Against the current background,there are some differences between the traditional pension model and the modern pension concept.At the same time,the characteristics of China's population structure make the pension problem a common problem in most families.Therefore,in 2013,China clearly proposed to speed up the development of elderly care services.In 2016,National Health and Family Planning Commission of the People's Republic of China worked with Bureau of Civil Administration on the pilot of combining medical care with elderly care,promoting the elderly care service mode of combining medical care with health,and achieving favorable social results.At present,the elderly care service mode of combining of medical care with health in China is still not perfect and needs further improvement.From the point of view of conforming to the national development strategy of comprehensive health,with the concept of comprehensive health deeply rooted in the people's mind,the work of combining medical care with nursing still faces many challenges.Focusing on the whole life cycle of health services,this paper,from the perspective of comprehensive health,takes elderly care mode of combining medical care with health in Beidaihe District as the specific research object;and uses literature analysis,field research and case analysis to study the existing problems of elderly care mode of combining of medical care with health in Beidaihe District.In the paper,there is an in-depth investigation on the current situation of population,medical care and elderly care resources in Beidaihe District,and in-depth analysis on the problems existing in the actual operation of elderly service mode of combining of medical care with health in Beidaihe,such as the imperfect policy level,the insufficient public resources of medical and health care,the difficulties in the operation of elderly car institutions and the low use of intelligent equipment and so on.From the perspective of system,elderly care needs,market development and informational zed management,this paper formulates the strategies and solutions on how to develop elderly care service of combining medical care with health in Beidaihe District.This paper holds that to further develop the elderly care service mode of combining medical care with health,it is necessary to take national situation into consideration;and speed up the construction of policy system,improve the health service management,promote the market-oriented mechanism,accelerate the institutional transformation,and strengthen the informatization construction of smart city in terms of comprehensive health-dominated multi-dimensional industrial chain.In the future development process,the government-dominated elderly care mode of combining medical care with health should be built with social engagement and market-oriented operation,to meet the diversified service needs of elderly groups,and realize the diversified,standardized,scientific and industrial development of the mode of combining medical care with health.
