Comparative Study Of Urban Medical Treatment With Elderly Care Service

In recent years,with the deepening of China’s aging degree,China’s aging population has entered a period of rapid development.On the other hand,from the perspective of the structure of China’s elderly population,there are a large number of disabled,semi-disabled,chronically ill and empty-nest people,which undoubtedly aggravates the complexity of population aging and brings great pressure to the current pension and medical system,and has become a social problem that needs to be solved in China.In the face of the elderly population’s urgent needs for "the elderly are provided with care and medical services",we should see that the traditional model of elderly care service is unable to fully meet the elderly’s dual needs for elderly care and medical services.Therefore,the establishment of medical care combined with the elderly service model,the effective integration of medical resources and elderly resources,is the future trend of China’s elderly care.At present,most of the exploration and research on the combination of medical care and nursing care in the academic circle focuses on the large and medium-sized cities in the developed regions,while there are few researches and practices on the service model of the combination of medical care and nursing care in the small and medium-sized cities in the middle underdeveloped regions.Based on this,B city,a medium-sized city in central China,is selected as the research object in this paper.Based on maslow demand theory and multiple welfare theory,etc.,the development status of B city’s medical care combined with elderly care service model is studied.On the other hand,on the basis of theoretical research,field investigation interviews,questionnaire survey and other methods were used to conduct an in-depth investigation into B city medical and nursing combined pension service institutions and community health service centers,etc.,to conduct an in-depth investigation into the mode of medical and nursing combined pension service and conduct a comparative study.Based on the above two aspects,this paper discusses from the following parts:The first chapter is the introduction.This paper focuses on the research background and significance of this paper,domestic and foreign literature review,and related research methods and ideas,while explaining the existing innovation and shortcomings.The second chapter is the theoretical basis of this paper.Firstly,the definition of healthy aging,long-term care and the combination of medical care and support are explained in detail.Then the relevant theoretical basis is elaborated,including the theory of active aging,the theory of welfare pluralism and the theory of hierarchy of needs.The third chapter elaborates the practice of combining medical and nursing care in B city from the aspects of implementation background,development status and two main development modes.The fourth chapter is the comparative analysis.Based on the analysis of the results of field research and questionnaire survey,and from the perspectives of cost,advantages and disadvantages,service demand,willingness and so on,a comparative study was conducted on the community home care and institutional care,which are the two main modes of combining medical care and nursing care,to study their commonalities and differences.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and improvement countermeasures through comparative analysis.On the basis of the above research and analysis,the main characteristics of the current combination mode of medical care in B City and a series of problems and deficiencies in the development process are summarized and pointed out,and the corresponding improvement countermeasures are put forward.Through the study,it is found that different pension modes have similarities and differences on the one hand,and on the other hand,they also have their own characteristics and belong to a mutually complementary relationship.The elderly can flexibly choose according to their own situation and needs.At the same time,it is pointed out that the selection of the current mode of medical and nursing care for the aged in B city is affected by many factors,the elderly’s demand for medical and nursing care services is diversified,the cost of medical and nursing care services is high,and the professional talents of medical and nursing care services are relatively lacking.Put forward to build a scientific and reasonable medical support system,provide diversified medical support services,the needle optimization policy guarantee reduce medical raise cost,strengthen the practice combined with the cultivation of professional talents and so on,for the less developed regions in central medical combining with the development of pension mode,forming technology,resources,policy integration of long-term mechanism for health promotion,to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance.
