Research On Evaluation Index System Of The Medical And Health Care Combination Service

In recent years,the changing of traditional family model and the increasing of aged population in our country are becoming more and more rapid.However,there are still a series of problems,like the vacancy of elderly-care service and the shortage of nursing personnel.Besides,elderly health care,rehabilitation care and mental comfort are also facing severe challenges.The separated pattern of "medical" and "health care" cannot meet the demand of current development any more.In order to promote medical and health care service and improve the living quality of old people,the government has continuously introduced policies related to this field from 2013.Based on these backgrounds,firstly,the author conclude some understandings of domestic scholars on medical service,classify and induct the development mode of medical and health care combination service in our country,and expound the significance of establishing elderly care evaluation index system.Secondly,according to Maslow's theory of demand and health aging etc,the author formulate a rational and operable preliminary evaluation index system for medical and health care.Then,the final evaluation index system was established through the method of Delphi expert consultation,and the weight of each index was calculated through the way of percentage weigh.Thirdly,the final evaluation index system was used to assess five medical and health care institutes in Shaanxi Province.By doing this,problems like the lag of development concept,the weakness of evaluation system,the lack of hardware facilities and the shortage of nursing personnel etc,were proposed.According to these problems,the author comes up with suggestions as change the traditional concept of elderly health care,speed up the promotion of policies and broaden the channels of funding sources.The study of the index system can provide valuable reference for the evaluation of medical and health care service,as well as put forward feasible measures for further development of the elderly health care service.
