Objective To research the functional outcome and quality of life of simultaneous treatment of multiple groups of knee ligament injuries with arthroscopic autologous ligament and LARS ligament,in order to explore a new surgical method to obtain relatively ideal clinical efficacy. Methods 30 patients with multiple groups of ligament injuries with anterior and posterior cruciate ligament fractures of the knee were collected and treated in our department from November 2015 to August 2017.The anterior cruciate ligament was reconstructed with first-stage autogenous tendon under arthroscopy and the posterior cruciate ligament was reconstructed with LARS ligament, while the combined collateral ligament and meniscus injuries were also treated.Visual analogue pain score(VAS),knee range of motion,Lysholm knee score,IKDC knee score, and modified Barthel index score were recorded at 3,6,12,and 24 months before and after surgery, respectively,to record the incidence of complications. Results All 30 patients were followed up for 24-26 months. At the last follow-up,all the patients had negative anterior and posterior drawer test and good stability.Postoperative 3,6,12,24 months, patients with knee joint mobility Lysholm knee score, subjective IKDC knee score, improve the Barthel index score before operation were improved obviously, and,in turn, increases over time, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01),significantly lower than preoperative VAS score, and gradually decrease over time(P < 0.01).Two patients developed knee stiffness 1 month after surgery.Poor wound healing occurred in 1 patient 4 weeks after surgery, and synovitis occurred in 1 patient 6 months after surgery, with a complication rate of 13%.Conclusion arthroscopic reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament with autologous ligament and LARS reconstruction of posterior cruciate ligament have satisfactory clinical efficacy in the treatment of multiple groups of ligament injuries in the near and middle stage.
