| ObjectiveTo analyze the single bundle reconstructions of anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) arthroscopic respectively using autogenous hamstring tendons (ST/G),allogeneic tendon and LARS (Ligament advanced reinforcement system)artificial ligament, early clinical outcome after operation were studiedretrospectivelyMethodsFrom January2008to October2012,64cases of anterior cruciate ligamentinjury were studied.According to the doctor’s suggestion and patient’spreference, autologous hamstring tendons(ST/G), allogeneic tendons or LARSartificial ligament were chosen as graft.22cases of patients with autologoushamstring tendons(ST/G) and22cases of patients with allograft tendons werefixed in formal tunnel by Endobutton (made in American Smith-NephewCompany) and in tibial tunnel by Intrafix (made in American Depuy company)interface screw.20cases with LARS artificial ligament were fixed by titaniumscrew. All patients espectively were evaluated with Lysholm and Tegner kneejoint function score pre-operative,3months postoperative,6monthspostoperative, and12months postoperative.ResultsPostoperative knee function scores of three groups were higher thanpre-operative.3months and6months after opertion, knee function scores ofLARS artificial ligament group were higher than that oin the other two groups. In the12months after operation, knee function scores of three groups showedno significant difference. While knee function scores of autograft and allograft tendon groups were not significantly different in3months,6months and12months after operation.ConclusionThree kinds of grafts were significant to the treatment of anterior cruciateligament function loss effect. The ACL reconstruction with allogenic tendon andLARS artificial ligament had the advantages of small operation wound and shortoperation time, than ACL reconstruction using autologous tendon. Knee jointfunction score of the three groups of patients were improved dramaticallycompared with the preoperative score. The patients of ACL reconstruction usingLARS artificial ligament, the stability of knee joint was improved, knee jointfunction recovery was faster after the operation. |
