Objective: Prospective comparison of gait changes after arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. Methods: From December 2016 to August 2018,31 patients who underwent anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in XXX Hospital were selected.According to the patients' voluntary choice,LRAS ligament or autogenous tendon(semitendinosus and gracilis)were used as grafts.Among them,11 patients were reconstructed with LRAS ligament, and 20 patients were reconstructed with autogenous semitendinosus muscle and gracilis muscle, fixed with metal compression screw at both ends, and 20 patients were reconstructed with autogenous semitendinosus muscle and gracilis muscle Tight Rope suspension system was used for fixation, tibial end was fixed with Bio-compression screw and sheath, patients with LARS ligament reconstruction were defined as group A,patients with autogenous tendon reconstruction were defined as group B,and normal persons were defined as group C.After 3 weeks of reconstruction, gait analysis system was used to record 6 degrees of freedom of knee joint.(degrees of freedom,DOF).Result: The average flexion-extension angle in group A was higher than that in group B(P < 0.05),and the rotation angle and forward-backward displacement in group A were lower than those in group B(P < 0.05),but they were all larger than those in group C.There was no significant difference in the inversion,up-down displacement and left-right displacement between group A and group CConclusion:.The change of 6 DOF of knee joint of LARS ligament reconstruction ACL was greater than that of autologous tendon under gait analyzer, which was close to that of normal people.
