As a large country with a population of 1.3 billion,the demand for medical care is very large.With the rapid improvement of the Chinese economy and the standard of living of the Chinese people,the Chinese medical market has greater demand than before.And with the gradual opening of the country to the medical market,private hospitals have emerged and the market development space is huge.HY Private Hospital has been developed as a private hospital in Harbin for more than 10 years and has achieved good r esults in medical treatment,teaching,and scientific research..However,in the face of the people's multilevel and diversified needs for medical care,HY hospitals are also facing continuous upgrades in human resources such as medical care,teaching,sci entific research,and logistics.HY Hospital has defined the strategic positioning of "medical,teaching,scientific research,and publicity".In order to complete the development strategy of HY Hospital,HY Hospital needs to establish a suitable HY Hospital human resources planning system.In view of how to formulate a human resources plan that conforms to the strategic objectives of HY Private Hospital,this paper,by consulting relevant research literature at home and abroad,questionnaire survey,qualit ative and quantitative analysis and other methods,perfects the research foundation,establishes the research framework,and obtains the relevant data of the HY Private Hospital,so as to carry out the analysis and prediction of human resources demand,and on this basis to advance.The design of human resource planning system in line with the actual situation of the enterprise.This article is divided into four parts.The first part mainly explains the related concepts and background of human resources mana gement related to human resources planning.The second part mainly introduces the basic situation of Harbin Municipal HY Private Hospital and its development strategy,the current situation of human resources planning and the human resources stock of HY Private Hospital,and then analyses the existing human resources planning.The drawbacks and problems of human resources management in HY Private Hospital under the framework are explored from the aspects of ideology,policy and system.The third part,based on the forecast of human resources demand and supply,provides the planning principles of optimizing human resources supply,adapting to multiple conditions,adapting to the development of HY Private Hospital,and meeting the requirements of internal and external realities.Human resources planning plan,systematically combing and formulating personnel recruitment,training and development,performance appraisal and other planning;finally,how to effectively implement the human resources planning formulat ed by HY Private Hospital personnel put forward safeguards from the system,environment,team building,feedback and revision.The purpose of this study is to provide practical help for HY Private Hospital to establish a human resources planning that strongly supports its future development strategy,and to provide reference for the improvement of human resources of other HY Private Hospital which are also in the process of continuous development.
