Health human resource is the resource that plays a key role in the development of private hospitals.Most of the private hospital managers have the same idea.As long as have a large number of medical personnel,the hospital will be able to healthy development.Through literature retrieval,many private hospitals are facing serious health human resource problem,this problem seriously restricted the healthy development of private hospitals.To understand the present status of civilian battalion hospital human resource management,found the problem,on the basis of the theory of management,this paper studies a kind of health human resource management mode.It is beneficial to promote the further development of civilian battalion hospital health human resource management.It has become the domestic and foreign experts and scholars study of health human resource management is an important way.On January 4,2017,the national health and family planning commission issued a "family planning talents' much starker choices-and graver consequences-in 'national health development plan.It clearly put forward the development idea: "innovation drive,to strengthen the construction of high level and management personnel","family planning management team construction,strengthen health improves the management level of the industry".In Shanghai,civilian battalion hospitals develop continuously and healthily.Its development level is in the domestic leading position.The paper chooses two comprehensive private hospitals which develop healthily.The two hospitals are affiliated to Shanghai a private healthcare.This paper uses questionnaire investigation,interview method,data analysis method for analysis.This paper uses the theory of responsible government,high commitment human resource management theory and strategic human resource management theory.This article makes a deep thinking of civilian battalion hospital human resource management.This article summarizes the R hospital human resource management experience,existing problems.Next,take the comprehensive analysis of the results of the survey and research status at home and abroad,put forward rational countermeasures and suggestions.
