Research On Human Resource Value Accounting Of Private Hospital

At present,human resource value accounting and measurement models plays an increasingly important role in economic and social development of mankind in the process,how to measure the value of the human's talents,will be an important factor in our society's progress and development,and the value of the human's talents is attributed to be the measurement of human resource accounting.As a knowledge intensive industry,human resource is the key to the development of medical service.Therefore,this article mainly aims at the private hospital,and explore how to establish a suitable private hospital human resource value accounting system,hoping to promote private hospital's fully development and utilization of human resources,to promote their potential,to improve the work's efficiency.At the same time,through the exploration of human resource value accounting and its application in the private hospital human resource management,we can maximize the use of the value of human resources to meet the needs of modern management of private hospitals.This paper mainly talks about private hospitals,through the recognition,measurement,recording and reporting of the four aspects of human resources value accounting system construction ideas.First of all,it should be confirmed that the human resources of private hospitals can be used as an asset of the hospital,and then can be carried out accounting and management.On the measurement of the value of human resources,this paper uses the current value measurement model and the performance evaluation of the hospital to combine the value of human resources accounting.Finally,through the empirical analysis of the case study of XX hospital,this paper shows that it is feasible that in private hospital the human resource value accounting system can be established.
