Objective: Constructing the post competency model of public health doctors in Liaoning province,providing academic support for the analysis of the influencing factors of post competency.Method: In this study,the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention of Liaoning province and 5 cities,districts/county Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and 7professional and technical personnel engaged in public health-related institutions were investigated.The questionnaire was called “public health doctors competency elements questionnaire”and it was developed by the Public Health Doctors Competency Team of the national Medical Examination Center.A questionnaire input database was established using the EpiData3.0,and all the collected questionnaires were double entered,and the logic errors were checked at the same time.Qualitative variables are described in frequency and percentage,and quantitative variables are expressed in mean ± standard deviation((?)±S).In univariate analysis,inter-group comparisons were performed using independent sample t-tests or one-way ANOVA.In factor analysis,principal component analysis was used to construct the competency dimension of public health practitioners in Liaoning province.In multivariate analysis,multiple linear regression analysis was used.The statistical analysis of all the study data was carried out by SPSS 23.0 software,and the test was performed with bilateral P<0.05 as a statistical difference.Result: A total of 425 questionnaires were collected and 421 valid questionnaires were collected,and the validity rate of the questionnaires was 99%.Cronbach's ? coefficient was 0.986,and the reliability of the questionnaire was very high.Using the principal component analysis method,the final competency elements are divided into six dimensions according to their respective correlations.They were basic quality,public health practice ability,public health basic knowledge,leadership core quality,scientific research and innovation ability,toxicology ability,and the cumulative contribution rate is75.46%.In the univariate analysis,there were nine characteristic factors with statistical differences.They were age,education,gender,major,working hours,title,career development evaluation,job and job satisfaction evaluation and job burnout evaluation.The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that in the 6 dimensions and thetotal score of job competence,compared with the reference level,the preventive medicine profession has a positive impact on "public health practice ability";compared with the reference level,college,undergraduate and Master's degree and above have a positive impact on job competence,and the higher the academic qualifications,the higher the job competence;compared with the reference level,higher satisfaction has a positive effect on job competence;compared with the reference level Compared with 36-45 years old,it has a negative impact on job competence;compared with the reference level,administrative posts have a negative impact on "toxicology ability";compared with the reference level,the junior title and intermediate title have a post competence There is a negative impact;compared with the reference level,obtaining a licensed medical practitioner certificate has a negative impact on "public health practice ability";compared with the reference level,excellent evaluation has a negative impact on job competence;compared with the reference level,Mild burnout has a negative impact on job competence.Conclusion:1.Liaoning Province public health physician post competence was classified into six dimensions.they were public health practice ability,public health basic,knowledge,basic quality,leader core quality,scientific research innovation ability and toxicology ability.2.In this study,there were many factors that affect the post competence of the research subjects in Liaoning province.Among them,age,education,title,specialty,career development evaluation,job and job satisfaction evaluation and job burnout evaluation have the greatest influence on the total score of post competence elements.3.The establishment of this model,it not only provides guidance for medical colleges and universities to set up public health courses scientifically and reasonably,but also provides guidance for Public Health Institutions quickly and scientifically introduced public health personnel pointed out the direction.
