Research On The Optimization Of Training System For Public Health Doctors In Zhejiang Province

Judging from the current policies,it is an inevitable trend to establish a new medical service system.In response to the development of pharmaceutical talents,related policies have also been issued.In the health care reform,it is pointed out clearly that the talents construction of public health should be improved as a whole.This means the agreement on the continuous improvement of the public health mechanism and the cultivation of corresponding talents no matter from the national or policy aspects.The unanimous opinion also laid a good policy basis for the standardization of public health personnel.The personal qualities and qualities of public health doctors have an important impact on the improvement of medical services.The training path for public health doctors in China is somewhat different from that of foreign countries.How to improve the quality of public health doctors in China and to improve the operational level of disease prevention and health emergency response effectively and to meet the society's demand for public health are the problems that need to be solved urgently.In this study,we investigate the training and satisfaction of public health doctors in four hospitals in Zhejiang Province through literature research,questionnaires and interviews.And to find out the problems existed in the training from different aspects,including the training organization and policy,training job service,training form,and training content.The results indicate that1)the problems in the training organization and policy aspect are the unfixed organization and the less policy content is;2)the training post is not suitable for personal development and there is a work-study conflict.3)the uncertain training content and assessment form and the handle attitude to training are the main problems in the training form.4)at the aspect of content,lacking of practicality and pertinence and the poor effect are the biggest problems.In addition,we also investigate the personnel who participated in the training of composite backbone public health doctors in Zhejiang Province and to compare the difference of cultivating methods among the United States,the United Kingdom,Japan,and India,and then to summarize their training objectives,objects,training cycles and contents.Combined with the current public health training surveys and recommendations in Zhejiang Province,some suggestions on the construction of the public health physician training system in Zhejiang Province was proposed.
