Purpose:By observing the clinical efficacy of puncture and cupping combined with acupuncture in the treatment of migraine,we hope to find a safer and more effective treatment plan,so as to alleviate the suffering of patients. Methods:By screening cases,64 migraine patients who met the clinical observation standards were selected and grouped by random number table method, and they were divided into treatment groups(blood-letting puncture and cupping combined with acupuncture group)and control groups(conventional acupuncture group). There were 32 cases in each group. The acupuncture points of the control group were selected from Baihui,Taiyang,Waiguan,Sizhukong,Shuaigu, and Fengchi;the treatment group was treated with acupuncture and cupping on the basis of the acupuncture points of the control group. The remaining acupuncture points, manipulation, and treatment course were the same as the control group. After 4 courses,SPSS22.0 software was used to perform statistical analysis on the data obtained, compare the changes of visual analogue scoring(VAS score)and the score changes of headache symptom after treatment were compared with those before treatment, which can evaluate the clinical efficacy of puncture and cupping combined with acupuncture for migraineResults:1.After treatment, according to experimental data, the scores of VAS scores and headache symptoms in two groups were all lower than before;the statistical analysis of the data within and between the groups showed the significant difference(p<0.05)2.The improvement of VAS score and headache symptom in the treatment group.after treatment were better than those in the control group after statistical analysis, there are(p<0.05).there are some differences between the two groups3.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.63%;the other was 71.88%;the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),which suggests that the treatment group had excellent clinical efficacy compared with the control groupConclusion:1.Blood-letting puncture and cupping combined with acupuncture and conventional acupuncture can effectively treat the painful symptoms of migraine.2.Bloodletting and cupping combined with acupuncture treatment of migraine can effectively relieve patients' pain, improve their clinical symptoms to various degrees, and relieve patients' pain. The efficacy is significantly better than conventional acupuncture treatment.
