Clinical Observation On Tinnitus Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome By Acupuncture Combined With Blood-letting Puncturing And Cupping Therapy

Objective: This research is through the use of acupuncture combined with blood-letting puncture and cupping method to treat Qi stagnation and blood stasis tinnitus and simple acupuncture treatment of Qi stagnation and blood stasis tinnitus two groups to compare each other,compare and observe the difference in curative effect between the two groups,for Comparative Analysis.It provides a new idea for clinical treatment of Tinnitus with Qi stagnation and blood stasis.Methods: In this study,61 cases of Tinnitus with Qi stagnation and blood stasis were randomly divided into treatment group(31 cases combined acupuncture and cupping)and Control Group(30 cases combined acupuncture and cupping).The Treatment Group and the control group were all treated with Andy Brand stainless steel needle.The patients in the two groups were given acupuncture at Yifeng acupoint,Tinggong acupoint,Jiaosun acupoint,Hegu acupoint,Taichong acupoint and Xuehai acupoint for 30 minutes,four courses of treatment were given once a day,six times a week,one day rest a week,and four courses of treatment were given twice a week.Objective to evaluate the difference between the Treatment Group and the Control Group in the treatment of Tinnitus with Qi stagnation and blood stasis.Results: In this study,17 males and 14 females in the treatment group(mean age: 41.77±12.82 years),14 males and 16 females in the Control Group(mean age: 46.33±11.79years),and the total score of tinnitus severity before treatment,the average score of the treatment group was 12.09±4.09,and that of the control group was 13.00±3.64.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After 4 courses of treatment,8 cases were cured,12 cases were obvious,7 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 87.10%,3 cases were cured,8 cases were obvious,12 cases were effective,7 cases were ineffective in simple acupuncture group,total efficiency: 76.67%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).It was proved that acupuncture combined with blood-letting puncture and cupping was more effective than simple acupuncture in treating tinnitus with Qi stagnation and blood stasis.Conclusion:In this study,acupuncture combined with blood-letting puncture and cupping and simple acupuncture have certain therapeutic effects on tinnitus patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis,moreover,acupuncture combined with blood-letting puncture and cupping was superior to acupuncture alone in reducing tinnitus severity,improving tinnitus symptoms and improving quality of life.Therefore,it is worth of clinical application to treat tinnitus of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type with acupuncture combined with blood-letting puncture and cupping.
