Objective:Study the incidence, mortality, manifestation, duration, age distribution of sepsis associated liver injury and analysis the prognosis of patients with liver injury. Methods:The clinical data of ICU patients admitted to the Shengjing Hospital affiliated to China Medical University from September 2015 to August 2016 were collected. The data were analyzed by SPSS 22.0 software; Results:There were 176 patients with sepsis, including 61 patients with liver injury,Incidence was 34.7%.The number of deaths from sepsis with liver injury was 19,with a mortality rate of 31.1%.In the patients,24 cases(39.3%)had elevated aminotransferase,18cases(29.5%)had elevated bilirubin, and 19 cases(31.2%)increased simultaneously. All the patients were divided into liver injury group and non-hepatic injury group. The time of mechanical ventilation and ICU in liver injury group were higher than those in non-hepatic injury group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).According to the degree of liver injury, the liver injury was divided into different subgroups. The more serious the degree of liver injury, the longer the duration of liver injury and the time of mechanical ventilation(P<0.05).To compare the age of patients with liver injury,Compared with the group under 60 years old,the APACHEII score was higher and the recovery rate of liver function was lower in the group older than 60 years old,and the recovery rate of liver function was lower in the group over 60 years old. Conclusion:The incidence of sepsis associated with liver injury was 34.7%,the mortality rate is 31.1%,The incidence and mortality of liver injury in sepsis are higher. The incidence of sepsis was mainly male, male: female was 1.8: 1,and the site of infection was mainly abdominal,Age is an important factor in liver injury,Sepsis with liver injury is an important predictor of poor prognosis in sepsis patients...
