Objective:Based on the theory of "treating uterine prolapse with moxibustion",salt-separated moxibustion combined with buzhong yiqi decoction was used to treat uterine prolapse with qi deficiency.Compared with the simple oral buzhong yiqi decoction, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed,so as to provide reference and basis for clinicians in the treatment of uterine prolapse.Methods:64 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group with 32 cases each. The treatment group was treated with moxibustion and Buzhong Yiqi Decoction, while the control group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction. After 3 months of treatment, the results of each observation index were sorted and classified, and the scores of POP-Q,TCM clinical syndrome and PFDI-20 before and after treatment were statistically analyzed to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:1.The Total effective rate of treatment group was 90.32%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 76.67%.Statistical comparison between the two groups(P<0.05)showed that there was significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups after treatment, and the treatment group was better than the control group.2.Two groups in improving TCM clinical syndrome score,PFDI-20.By intragroup comparison, the scores after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),indicating that both groups could improve TCM clinical syndrome score and PFDI-20 after treatment. After treatment, the comparison between the two groups showed P<0.05,showing statistically significant differences, indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the patient syndrome score andPFDI-20.3.After 3 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of the two groups was 21.4%,with 28 patients in the treatment group followed up and 3 patients in the treatment group, and the recurrence rate was 34.8%,while 8 patients in the control group were followed up and 23 patients were followed up and the recurrence rate was 34.8%.Conclusion:Salt-separated moxibustion combined with buzhong yiqi decoction is simple and safe in the treatment of uterine prolapse with qi deficiency.
