Clinical Study Of Yiqi Gu Fang Combined With Warm Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Mild And Moderate Uterine Prolapse

Objects:Through observing cilnical changes before and after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms(TCM syndrome score,Pelvic floor symptom impact score of uterine prolapse),assessment of uterine prolapse POP-Q score,Evaluation of pelvic floor muscle function(maximum contractile force of pelvic floor muscle and duration time of contraction)to study the clinical effect of Yiqi Gutuo decoction combined with Warm acupuncture treatment of mild and moderate uterine prolapse.Methods:60 cases of spleen and kidney deficiency type of TCM of uterus prolapse were randomly divided into two groups by random control study.The treatment group were treated with Yiqi gutuo Decoction combined with Warm acupuncture 2 courses of treatment,the control group was given Yiqi gutuo Decoction treatment for 2 courses of treatment.Through observing before and after treatment and treatment after 3 months of clinical symptoms(TCM syndrome score,Pelvic floor symptom impact score of uterine prolapse),assessment of uterine prolapse POP-Q score,Evaluation of pelvic floor muscle function(maximum contractile force of pelvic floor muscle and duration time of contraction),to compare two groups with self contro of before and after treatment and group comparison.Results:After the treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7%,and the control group was76.7%(P<0.05).Two groups of pelvic floor muscle function evaluation(maximum contractile force of pelvic floor muscle and duration time of contraction)were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement rate in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the quantitative score of TCM symptoms and the simple table score for the quality of life of the pelvic floor disorder in the uterus prolapse in the two groups were lower than those in the control group.The improvement of clinical symptoms in the treatment group was much better than that in the control group(P<0.05).In follow-up visits after 3 months of treatment,there was no significant correlation between the two groups.Conclusion:The method of treatment of mild and moderate uterine prolapse with Yiqi Gutuo Decoction combined with warm acupuncture is simple and feasible,safe and reliable,and the synergistic effect is remarkable.The combined treatment can improve the clinical effect more obviously,adjust the constitution and improve the quality of life of the patients with uterine prolapse.
